Her space is very clean and also very soothing. I love my lashes and received the compliments that they looked natural and fit my face and eye shape. When I got there Liza informed me I didn't purchase the extreme lashes but the basic package even though I purchased the $89 dollar package a few weeks ago. I asked her how much more would it be to get more lashes and she said an additional $120 and that she "didn't have time". That what I paid for was 50-70 lashes. While placing the lashes, she didn't prep them after I washed because she said my lashes were already dry. I asked her how much the non-Groupon price for each was. $250 for this set pictured here and $350-400 for the "Extreme set". I also asked her if she was placing (grouping) more than one lash on each of my lashes, to which she replied "don't worry about it...that they are silk". That it would "look good" and that she is "giving me more than I paid for". I stayed to finish getting them on because I didn't feel she would reimburse me and didn't want to walk out with one eye done. I used to get my lashes done at Amazing Lash regularly in Texas so I feel I understand the process and how they should look and fair pricing. Things are understandably more expensive here. I don't mind paying but this whole experience was absolutely not worth any part of this. I feel this service is grossly overpriced, Liza the lash stylist is less than professional and this is not worth your time or money. Don't waste your time.

Sylvie responded within 1 business day and did mention that calling/texting is a good way to contact, which makes sense because it's literally just her running her business. But I gave the website/app the business is on another shot and was able to get through with ease. It's great that reminders went out prior as well. It's not my first time getting a facial so I liked having other experiences to compare this one too. The location is cozy, relaxing music playing, and it felt very clean. You fill out some forms about your skin and your goals for it to help her get an idea of products she'll need to pull, so it's nice and tailored to your wants and needs. My main goal was relaxation but I love that she was able to address my concerns with combination skin and pigmentation issues. You undress to your comfort level and there's a wrap for you to wear as well as a cozy blanket waiting for you. Gloves are worn for universal safety but don't let that weird you out, I didn't find it detracting from the experience at all. I loved that she was soft and gentle, explaining things as she was doing them so you don't get caught off guard but also allowing the silence to get relaxed. I've been to other appointments where you kind of feel like you have to keep up banter and it takes away from the relaxation for someone like me. But here I was actually able to relax which was great. She also gives hand or head massages while some parts of the facial take time to set in which was lovely. I also really appreciated that she talked to me about the products I listed that I use in my own skincare routine because it really shows her knowledge without feeling like she's trying to sell you anything. In the end she asked if I was interested in any of the products used and I did end up getting the exfoliator. After the facial though my face just felt rejuvenated and I was so happy. I'd love to come back again, even at regular price because it's such a great deal.

It sounded like they were using some expired product or something along those lines, and that this person who was to do my eyelashes was inexperienced. When I tried to tell the technician I changed my mind about the appointment, the owner came out and convinced me to go through even though I wanted to cancel. That was a big mistake. She ended up performing the eyelash lift without asking if I had any contacts in, which I did, and I ended up getting a chemical burn on my eye balls and had a severe allergic reaction to the products used. When the technician was doing the eye brow wax she also kept going over the same spots over and over again which was very painful. She almost didn't even do the lip wax that I paid for, and I had to remind her. I ended up needing to go to urgent care 2 times and luckily my vision was not affected although I had a blood vessel burst in my eye which filled my eyeball with blood and had scabby painful eyebrows for the next 2-3 weeks. Terrible terrible experience. At least the owner refunded my money, but I would recommend going somewhere else.
