I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. I inquired how can they make this right because I was upset about the whole situation. I was told they gave me an alternate time and I declined it and have a good day. This is much closer to home so that was a plus. But this is my new place. She uses the best wax. No strips. This is usually pretty painful but the wax she uses I swear is virtually painless.
