I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. I wanted to get in after my crossfit class so 6 pm would be ideal. I booked my appointment a week in advance and went in on Monday for 6 pm. I was coming from Plantation to Coral Springs and we all know you need to give yourself extra time because of the nature of South Florida's traffic. I left crossfit around 5:15 to give myself ample time because I didn't want to be late and discourteous. I reached Coral Springs by 5:40 and got a text from Kimberly stating that she'll see me at 6:20 instead because the client before me was late. I was fine with it but I got there at 5:50 and now I had to wait another 20 minutes. I know things happens and it's not the esthetician's fault so I was patient. Onto the facial, the office was in a salon building. It appears that there were quite a few salon spaces inside. The room was small and cozy enough for a bed and all the supplies. Kimberly does facials, microdermabrasions, and chemical peels. She went onto asking what I used for my daily face regime. She was very informative and knows her stuff. I laid on the table and she double cleansed my face from all the dirt and makeup. Then she massaged in a few more exfoliants on my face. It was really relaxing. Then there was ten minutes of steaming. Now for the extractions, I have some clogged pores on my nose and that seems to be a very sensitive area because my eyes were watering. Afterwards, she rubbed some more stuff on my face to clean it up. My face felt so smooth. She also gave me a neck, shoulder, and arm massage. She encouraged me to follow her instagram which shows before and after of people going for the chemical peel. In the end, it was a great facial with great service.
