The place was nice but I think they did an OK job im not in love with my lashes like that. I do like the fact it doesnt look fake, but too me one side look neater than the other side in my opinion. And one of my eyelashes was hanging off a little bit to the side but I think I fixed it. I did the Groupon deal, of course it was for mink but didnt look natural so got silk an extra $20 and they suggested $23 Tip while the tech was standing by me though I wanted to give $15. I know i shouldve but didnt want to seem mean since she was standing over us while we was discussing the tip. I think they do that on purpose so most people can pay their suggested tip. I recently went there to have my eyelashes done. I asked for them to give me the cute style and they gave me sexy instead. 2 very different styles. The owner who was very curt, looked almost offended when I told her they did my eyelashes wrong and tried to convince me I was wrong. When she asked the other workers their opinion it was obvious they did not want to side with me. I made an appointment to get it fixed which I thought they did but some of my eyelashes fell out the next day. The second person who did my eyelashes probably didn't use enough glue and she also tugged at my eyelashes a little too hard. They also had the nerve to ask me to leave a tip for the first person who made the mistake to begin with. Unbelievable. I will never go back there!!! read more

This was an amazing visit! I came in for eyelash extensions and boy oh boy let me tell you! They make you comfortable from the moment you walk in. I was actually about 10 minutes late and they managed to accommodate me! I'm very very happy with the lashes too! It was a nice relaxing process where I took an hour long nap somewhere in between! I got a little over 100 eyelash extensions for each eye and it's lightweight, comfortable, and looks beautiful! Will definitely be coming back and give this place my highest recommendation! Went to Lovely Lashes yesterday and had the technician put in a new set of lashes. They had to remove my old set from another lash place and, while I had my eyes taped shut during the removal, I think they were using scissors/tweezers to snip off the extensions because I felt metal. I found out afterwards that they were suppose to soak in solution to loosen the glue and unless they just swiped the solution on my lashes, they did not soak anything. Compared to my first experience at Manhasset Lash Bar, this place was not as clean or as nice. They did a good job putting on my lashes (hopefully they will last as long as my first set) but when I went home I saw little drops of glue on my lashes even five hours later. I probably won't be returning here. read more

So for starters when I first called to make my appointment the girl who answered "Leah" seemed to have an attitude. But I'm like okay, she's not doing my lashes so let me continue. I get my lashes done and they were burning when it was time for me to open my eyes. My lash tech was very professional and she assisted me with a fan to stop the burning. The first day after my lashes being done my eyes were a light pink. The next two days to follow they were bright red. The redness finally goes away and now my eyes are itching and itching and itching. So of course I'm rubbing them and my lashes are falling out. Now I will say the design and everything came out perfectly but this wasn't worth it because my eyes have been itching for two weeks now. So I call today to let them know of my concerns before I decide to get a refill and the girl "Leah" was so nonchalant and had no care and didn't even apologize for the experience I just had with these lashes from where she works. I'm asking her would could've caused this like is it the glue or is it the silk lashes what are the possibilities. She says "I don't know" and remains quiet on the phone. I'm like hello? She's like "yeah". So I ask her like are you not suppose to apologize on behalf of the establishment you work at and again she's nonchalant and unconcerned. I ask to speak to a manager she says there is no manager. I ask to speak to a supervisor she says there is no supervisor. I said so no one is in charge how is that so. She said he's not here. I'm asking is there a number? An email? She's like no. I said can I leave my number for the owner to call me back? She's like ok. Takes my number. I ask how long would the owner usually take to respond to people. She says he's not here I can't make him come here so I don't know. COMPLETE TRASHHHHHHHHHH CUSTOMER SERVICE and I reminded her that aside from my experience w the lashes her attitude just topped it off and I will NEVER RECOMMEND this lash center to anyone and I will never spend another dollar here. This place is a hidden gem! Walking into the building, you wouldn't expect for it to look this cute. It's bright and airy, and really relaxing. They take their time to explain the different styles and lengths of lashes. It was so relaxing I slept through the entire process and woke up with amazingly natural looking lashes. They made an error with my appointment and refused to accommodate me. Very bad customer service...smh. I have been there many times and love the work they do. I agree that they do not like groupon customers. My husband had gotten me a groupon as a gift and they knew I was already a customer and it was put on my existing account. When I arrived they gave me a hard time using the groupon since I was already an existing customer and insisted I pay the remainder of the price. After I refused they spoke in Korean and agreed to do the lashes but did a really bad job. Lashes lasted a week as apposed to the usual month. Very frustrating. They are not very nice or helpful but they do usually do a good job. I would go back. But don't expect any sort of customer service. read more

I absolutely love this place, I've tried out almost every eyelash place there is. Normally I drive to Flushing because they are more affordable and do a decent job. I found lovely lash on Groupon and it was cheap so I figured I would try them, plus I live much closer. The man at the front desk went over all the styles with me, taking his time and making recommendations not to go too long. He was extremely helpful and didn't rush me. That has never happened to me on my previous experiences elsewhere, plus they gave me a little packet of care instructions and a brush! I just got them today so I can't say how well they hold up but as long as they do I will definitely be going back. One thing though is on Groupon. The address listed, if you put it in maps or any navigation app will take you to a remote neighborhood. They were very patient and kind with me as well as extremely thorough with regards to the finished look and care. The environment is just what you need...soothing music, very clean and quiet. I purchased a Groupon here because it was up the block from my job, pure convenience. They do not have their own bathroom, it is shared with the building and unsanitary. The room is an open room with dividers between each of the beds. No privacy. Blooming Lash in Port Washington has a private, clean room and very comfortable. The lashes that Lovely Lash suggested as natural and put on me were poor quality and extremely FAKE looking. Worst part was that not even 24 hours after they were placed, the eyelashes started falling out. I was told that they'd last 2-3 weeks and that is definitely not the case. I called to make them aware of this the day after they were put in and their lack of customer service was unreal. They told me they needed to call me back and they did not. They wound up texting me back that from what they can "see" my lashes were fine and that nothing would be done to rectify this. I strongly recommend Blooming Lash in Port Washington as there's lasted me over 2 weeks! I will certainly be heading back there and NEVER will go back to Lovely Lash! read more

Came here because I found a groupon ($49) and I didn't want to trek all the way to the city to get my eyelashes done. This place was easy to find and there is a ton of parking in the back. I chose to get the mink lashes because I didn't want to spend the extra money. *Note: they will ask you what length you want to get, I chose to get 11 but looking back on it I would get 12/13. I feel like if you're going to get your lashes done you might as well go all out. The 11 is noticeable but more subtle than I thought. If you have Asian lashes like me I would also suggest getting the "C curl". I feel like it's more flattering on Asian eyes/hooded eyes as it opens the eyes up. My technician was super sweet and got everything done in 1 1/2 hours on the dot. I would suggest wearing a short sleeve shirt as it gets hot because you're lying down the whole time. Overall this place was worth it and they did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend this place to another person. read more

I've been here twice before and have my next appointment coming up on my birthday. I found them on Groupon and am so happy that I did. Their $49 for a new set deal was great. I was so satisfied the first time around, the lashes stayed on for 3 weeks even though I'd been in Mexico with them, in and out of the water, rubbing my eyes and whatnot, they stayed on. It was only in the beginning of the 4th week that they started to fall off and even after, my own eyelashes were still in tact and safe. The process is an hour and a half long and I pretty much fell asleep for at least an hour. They play lovely music and their suite is gorgeous and makes you feel like you're about to get pampered. I had to return 4 weeks later for a new set and it was so pricey, $110 is a lot and for some reason the second time around, a lady did it for me but didn't do as good as a job that the male did for me the first time around. The lashes fell out after a week. However I'm sure they would have been able to accolade me if I'd returned to let them know. I will be returning again soon to get my lashes done again.
