I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. After some research, I found Paws and Claws and I am so glad I did! The owner and her fiancé are amazing! I called at the last minute to ask for a tour and she was able to accommodate my dogs and I and answered every question I could possibly have. The facility has a human present until late at night and then again at 6:30 am which is phenomenal and they make sure their last potty is at a reasonable time. She was able to get my two in for 5 nights of boarding at the last minute and made sure they were comfortable and adapted. Not only that, the owner was able to accommodate a late pickup on christmas eve. I felt bad but she insisted since they would still be there, and I was able to get my pups to be home with me. They were well fed, well taken care of, and exhausted. I will recommend them to my friends and I hope the business thrives because they certainly deserve it!

After 5+ years of great doggie care, Ms Hobbs claimed that our dog was violent and dangerous. This was a surprising statement to make about a dog that regularly goes to doggie day care, walks freely off-leash around children, joggers and goes to Publix and other businesses without a muzzle. He regularly accompanies us to eateries in Oviedo an Winter Park that allow dogs in outside areas. We have been with going to a different vet for the last 6 years without any expressed staff or vet concerns. The last time my wife took our dog both Ms Hobbs and her staff were quite rude, so we decided to take our furry friend to a more competent professional with better manners.
