Nice nail techs but they used previously used files on me and I don't think the tools & clippers were sterilized. I also didn't expect that she would file my nails down so far that I'd look like a nail biter. I will seek another place with good marks on cleanselyness & communication in the future!​ read more

Place really nice and bright... called at 7:25 asking if I could rush in to get a fill-in. Guy told me as long as I was in by 7:30...(I was sitting in the parking lot). They took me right away. The lady that did my nails, really nice and did wonderful job & TOOK HER TIME! New exactly how I wanted them reshaped and even convinced me to try gel polish for the color that I wanted. Terrible & Dirty! Rude staff! I came around 7 and they close at 8. The staff started cleaning while I was there and it was disgusting. The took dirty pedicure towels and put them in the sink (where everyone washes their hands) added a little laundry detergent and just rung out the towels . They then just rinsed the nail brushes in the same fashion, no antiseptic or anything. Then took out utensils from the autoclave that had only been in there a few mins and wrapped them! DISGUSTING!! Top it all off the manicurist was RUDE and yelling at me the whole time. The gel nails are thick and clumpy. Bottom line: stay away!!!!! read more

I got a terrible fungal infection from here from dirty instruments. I would not recommend!

To start with, I made an appointment on line, 2 days prior to my appointment. The morning of, appointment was confirmed for 9am. I get there to see they open at 10. After wasting an hr the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, I finally get in and was laughed at. I thought maybe I would get a discount or something, anything but laughed at would have been appreciated. I adding up the services I requested totalling 85. After 2 hrs to complete i was charged 120.00. Never ever again will I ever recommend or go there myself. Treated Poorly. Will NOT return! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was very clear when I walked in and requested the gel polishes that were an EXACT match to the non-gel colors. I was handed a small basket to choose colors from. I picked out a gel polish for my nails. When it came to my toes, the nail tech picked out the "match" for my toes (non-gel). However, when she finished I noticed that my toe nail polish was a bright red-orange color versus my nails which were a bright fuchsia color. It was slightly different but noticeable. When I mentioned this to her, she said the colors were close enough! Being that I was going out of town and would be basking in the sun with my toes out, I politely informed her of my disdain and asked if she could re-paint them with a closer match. She informed me that I would have to wait 40 minutes until she was done with her next client. On this particular day I had somewhere to be and my schedule was not flexible. Therefore, I requested a refund ONLY for the toe polish ($13) so that I could get them re-painted at another location when my schedule saw fit. Mind you, I easily just dropped $100 for 2 pedicures and a manicure and she had the audacity to tell me the mix-up was my fault and that NO, she would not refund me...that I simply had to wait or leave! I was appalled by how fast she switched gears. Just 10 minutes earlier she was as friendly as could be. As soon as I informed her of my displeasure, she immediately became defensive and nasty to say the least. They will NEVER receive my spending dollars again. read more

The first two or three times I went here, they were spot on. After Covid, they jacked up the prices and the quality wasn't as good. I won't say terrible but I hate that when I have a appointment I have to wait. What's the incentive to call ahead? read more

My husband and I have been customers for about 7 years. We get great service from all the team members and really enjoy our pedicures and nail services. It may not be fancy since it is inside of a Walmart, but the quality and consistency of the staff speaks for itself. read more

Rude Racist Staff! I went on spur of the moment to get a pedicure. Normally I do my own nails. Got a lovely pedicure and upon payment was asked if I wanted to pay for polish I took. One of the girls apparently saw me go to the nail polishes and take it. What I did was turn the bottle so I could see who made it because I wanted get it myself. I never removed the bottle from its place. I started removing things from my purse and two people looked inside. No polish. I'm wearing tights and a vneck t so no pockets. The girl at the register said fine and rang me up but the other nail tech wouldn't let it go, insisting there was space on the shelf so where did it go. I've never stold anything in my life I was humiliated and offended. One of the patrons told me not to worry and gave me her name and number if anything happened. Service here is terrible. Went in for a balance. When I refused gel nail polish, the guy got really aggressive with the rotary tool. He literally slapped on the acrylic and shaped my nails with a 'lick and a promise'. I wish I could post a picture of the marks left in the acrylic. Didn't bother to buff them at all. In the end, my nails look rough and my cuticles are all cut and ragged. He even charged me a $3 add on for what, I don't know. He didn't take any length off or any other 'additional' services. Horrible job on my nails. They thinned them out so bad that they started to crack and pull away from my gel set. I do not recommend go here at all. I was also nicked like 4 times from the woman doing my nails, she then tried to blame me and said I was moving. The nail polish I had on before was not taken off all the way and just painted over. And my gel polish started to chip after a week. I will never go back. & if I could give no stars I would. read more

I have been going to this salon for years. I love it and they do an EXCELLENT job. I have found if you go back to the same technician, they know your likes and dislikes and what your preferences are. Everyone knows you by name and greets you. I have never been mistreated in any way. I am kind to them and they are kind to me. Highly recommend it. read more

Don't go! The old lady that gave me a balance and repair on day ago, already two broke b/c the acrylic was too thin and the repair nail is so much longer than all the others. and she nicked me so many times. I usually NEVER complain but it looked so bad i called this morning. the lady said she would fix so i came in....big mistake! They have always been nice when u pay but when u are getting fixed for a mistake by THEIR ppl, watch out! She cut 4 fingers with the drill and cut another finger (a total of 5 fingers! half the amt they worked on!) with how fast she used the nail file. every part of my service was fast b/c she was doing me in-between another client and others waiting. not just kinda fast but super fast to get me out the chair. HELLOOO! i am a client too. even when i had to wash hands it hurt b/c my fingers were raw and bleeding from cuts. the lady met me at sink with paper towel in hand and said hurry up i have to paint. wtf! when do they meet u at sink to rush u. i told her my fingers hurt i had to be gentle and couldnt hurry like i usually do.when i sat down to paint she said tsk tsk bc my fingers were bleeding. she put alcohol on paper towel and burned my fingers so it would stop. the whole rushed experience not only really hurt my fingers with all the cuts, but hurt my feelings b/c i was a great customer always and i never have issues, i just usually deal with it and keep moving but this time its too much. i will NEVER go back and tell everyone i know DON'T GO TO REGAL NAILS WALMART HILLIARD. u may have a good experience the first couple times but wouldnt u want to go somewhere where if u had a problem they would fix w/o cutting off half ur two hands?? they had an opportunity to show good customer service & they failed. u cant ever rush nails when machines are involved. read more

NEVER again! They screwed up once and I tried them again to give them a chance to redeem theirselves with a different tech. The staff is rude and always on their cell phones with personal calls. There is very little customer & employee interaction. The employees are constantly talking to each other and paying no mind to the customer or the work they are doing. Not to mention after my pedicure I had chunks of skin missing out of my feet for several months and had to go to my doctor. I had nails breaking off the next day and the rest started to lift within a matter of days. I ended up going across the street to have my nails fixed for the same price and they were wonderful! After my feet healed I tried their pedicures which are out of this world! I would NEVER recommend regal nails to anyone. They are a waste of time & money. Go across the street their much nicer, same price, interior is much nicer as well and they can fix everything regal screws up! read more
