I have been going here for at least 9 years on and off. The salon is always clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and I always love my nails. Once, I had a nail break the next day and they fixed it, no charge. So I definitely recommend these guys. I'd say try to make an appointment because they stay pretty busy. I typically get gel manicures and they always last me at least two weeks if not more. All the nail techs are great and really take their time to make sure they do a good job. The salon itself has such a cute vibe and is very clean & crisp. They always have music and TVs playing while you get your nails done. Two days after paying for this gel polish it is already chipping. I specifically asked how long this polish would last and was told 2-3 weeks. Not pleased with paying the price for this polish for it to look like this in only 2 days. Also got a pedicure and the staff didn't even use the any tools to remove dead skin. Isn't that one of the major reasons for this service??? Not particularly impressed by staff either, fairly cold and rude. Will not return. read more

As soon as you walk into this place you can feel the vibes are chill and relaxing. Customer Service: The customer service here was so much more than I could talk about and it still wouldn't be enough to acknowledge how great everyone was. Tommy and Sean did mine and my mothers nails. They were hilarious and definitely made our visit welcoming. We were greeted by everyone as soon as we walked through the door and asked if we wanted coffee, tea or water. Quality/Quantity: The quality of this establishment was great and the boys took their time getting our nails done. We didn't feel rushed, they got people in and out of there. Great salon. I started coming here about 2 months ago. I haven't had my nails done in probably 10 years because I was so nervous about having them get damaged. After buying some nail polish I'd fallen in love with, I started looking into how I could get it to stay on longer. I made an appointment to see what we could do and to my luck and surprise, I got Tomi! He's the bomb. He ended up suggesting that I get NexGen nails, which is a dipping technique that nourishes your nails. He was more than happy to adjust the way it would normally be done, in order to use the polish that i'd brought with me. My nails last a solid three weeks and still looked great. On top of everything, he's hilarious. He's very nice and personable and makes you feel comfortable when you're there. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who asks. read more

I asked for like 7 colors until they finally had one available for the gel polish. One girl did my cuticles (which she ended up cutting me). Felt like they were in a hurry. A second girl started painting my nails and left to do someone else nails (proba because they had an appointment) so I sat there for a couple minutes until a guy came over and and finally finished my nails. read more

Went in EARLY for my appointment for my eyebrows, took them 30 MINUTES to get me back. Didn't even get an apology, and then they still charged me full price. I took it as "Okay they had a bad day" and moved on and didn't leave a review. When i had just went in today, for my appointment at 1:45pm ( writing this 1:32pm). I had called before and said " hey do you think i could come early just so i could get in and out" the ginger at the desk then responded "Yes, it will be a LITTLE bit of a wait." I get there. I am sitting for maybe seven minutes. I did arrive earlier than planned so i didn't mind waiting as she told me i would have to. The husband of the owner then comes up to me and says " it will be a 30 minute wait she is just now getting started on her service" THEN WHY THE FUCK DID YOU TELL ME IT WOULD BE A LITTLE WAIT ON THE PHONE. I had to drive all the way across town ( MIND YOU THATS WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE! ) and he just kept apologizing because i told him im leaving the salon a review. They don't care about their clients they only care about their reputation! I'm just so mad. why tell me it will be a little wait, and then once i fucking get there tell me it'll be 30 minutes. Complete bullshit. Learn how to run your salon better. 3/10 overall vibe and quality. I had good feelings about this place at first but they're to expensive and even if you do make an appointment they won't even get you in on time. read more

I have to tell you... the staff is patient and kind, know what they are doing, and treat me with respect. On my most recent visit I witnessed a totally out of control and inappropriate customer being loud, rude, and out of line. The staff quietly finished her service and politely apologized for her inconvenience and offered no excuses or blame - even though the problem was clearly HERS and not theirs. Services are great. Wow!! The solar/pink and white balance I received was so bad that I had to go to a different salon hours later to get it fixed/ re-done. David, who I believe is the owner, made sure that I did NOT receive a discount on my service even though the finished product was less than desirable. Not too mention $35 for a balance is a bit high. He was very rude and short with his staff who were trying to please me, as a customer. This made for an awkward environment for me and made his employees miserable. I will not be returning. read more
