I absolutely love this place.. The people are super friendly and personal love to talk with you. They do an amazing job on nails and pedicures...They are always taking on walk in and yet still take time with the client they are assisting. I am a regular and will remain to be so. Save yourself especially from the lady that wears the short shorts. Doesn't seem to care two cents about what she's doing. She barely did anything, pretend to clean my toenails and was going to put the polish on without cleaning under the nails. I took the instrument from her. Cleaned it myself, then showed her that she hadn't brother to clean. I cut my toenails before coming here and ask her not to cut any additional but take a look at how short, she could not resist. Keep telling me she's straight if them out. She cut the side of the ingrown toenail and just left it in there. You can't do those kind of things, it will cause it to get score and infected plus she already had my toe bleeding. Protect yourself, stir clear if your looking for a good pedi cure. This place is sure not worth $35.00. I'm embarrassed for anyone to see this mess on my toes. read more

First time here for a gel pedicure. I called before I came in, was told it's be about a 30 minute wait, which I didn't mind. I wish I got the lady's name that did my feet because it was the best pedicure I've had in a long time! Their basic pedicure included a scrub & hot stone massage & was only $35! Well with the gel it's $50, which is still a very good price! I will absolutely be coming back! read more

The workers don't speak much English and are so hard to understand. They sat me next to a huge man that obviously had serious issues with his feet. His toenails were so thick & yellowish green which looked infected. They were using a power sander and it smelled so bad. The nail polish they used on me was so thick and clumpy so my toenails are not smooth. Never again will I go here!!! read more

This place is soo dirty. I never have written a bad review but I'm seriously so grossed out. I'm from out of town, I called and asked for an appointment same day they said yes come in. I get there. And when you walk in it's obviously dirty. Like not clean what so ever. I asked to use the restroom when I got there. That is even worse! I decided before I left the restroom that I wouldn't be getting my service there. Then the kicker I walk out and see not 1 but 2 cockroaches! I am disappointed that the nail polish is coming off of my nails just one day. I previously had dip and told the technician that. She did not take the former polish that was brown, off and lightly sanded it. She put acrylic over the top and polish with light. The next day it started peeling. read more

This is not the kind of nail salon you're expecting. I know they can't all be like our home town salons that we love so much, but this was not even close to decent. First they had me sit there with my feet in the water for 25 min. Then while taking off my gel polish with the nail drill she filed through my nail splitting it. On top of this she never grabbed new sanitized tools or even cleaned them after her last pedicure. I had to stop mid-pedicure because that is so unsanitary. I paid the minimum price even though a $15 tip would have covered plenty. I recommend you continue looking for a nail salon and not go here. read more

My friend recommended this place to me. They were very nice and accommodating. My mother my self and my 7 year old went in for pedicures and it wasn't the best pedicure I've had but, for the price it's a good pedicure. BUT I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE......I watched them use the things they separate your toes with (don't know what they call them) on 2 other people then try to use the same set of "toe separators " on my daughter. I get times and things are hard with Covid but, personally that's just GROSS. So after this, I started paying more attention and surely enough they were re using everything on everyone. From the sponge like things they scrub your feet with to the cheese grater looking thing. Needless to say I won't be returning. How unsanitary. read more

Stay Away! Left with messy nails and spent too much time there. The gentleman had no idea how to remove gel and took 45 minutes to attempt it. We ended up leaving without the manicure because we were so frustrated and annoyed. I've now got an infection in my big toe from dirty materials. I have reported them to the Department of Cosmetology. read more

Had a manicure today it was terrible. The paint never dried and I had to go to another salon to have it redone. It's dirty and the walls needs fresh paint. The chairs are also all ripped up. read more

Didn't even go here because the workers were RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. Went in there with my 11 year old sister and told him we wanted a full set and a manicure and he looked her up and down and said "has she ever been here before". And when I asked if there was an issue with her, him and the other worker started speaking another language, stared at us, and said nothing. We have a vacation home at Fox Creek in Bullhead City Arizona. We were up for the Thanksgiving Day weekend. We had invited my fiance's son and wife to join us. The girls realized we needed a manicure / pedicure. we looked up lovely nails (no reviews) went in, place was clean but not busy at. we didn't ask prices. How much above the average could a mani-pedi cost?? we walked out of there in shock at the high prices, so be sure you ask first... no massage! no extra care! no offer of design! The person that I got did a good job on my nails. after that I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and she ripped half of my eyebrow, didn't follow the eyebrow I already had!! Terrible customer service. I only asked for a manicure and I was in there for almost 3 hours. She was incredibly rude and not patient as I was choosing a color. She didn't have my color so she got upset cause I was being "difficult". To top that off, I was also over charged by a lot. I do not recommend them at all. read more

Poor quality pedicure / full set of pink/white nails. Very unfriendly and WAY expensive. They ask if you want certain things then when done you're paying more than posted price. Personally I wouldn't give them any stars! read more
