I wanted this place to be good since it's close to my home and the reviews were decent but I was extremely disappointed. I called ahead, still had to wait when I arrived. The lady who did my pedicure acted like it was a huge burden to do my nails, she was huffing and puffing the whole time. No base coat was applied before the color and she rushed to paint my toes. Afterward, I got my brows waxed. Again, a very rushed job as if I was not valued as a customer. When I went to pay, the lady was upset I didnt have cash to tip her and pointed to the sign that stated they prefer cash tips, which I thought was pretty rude. I didn't feel this person deserved a tip bit I left her a tip anyways and she didn't even thank me as I left. I will never go back. read more

I went in here because I was in a hurry and I was already in the plaza. I just needed a quick french mani, nothing fancy. The staff was standoffish, not friendly but they weren't rude and they didn't ignore me. They were efficient and the job was done very well in a minimal amount of time. It was clean, the tools were also clean and the price was cheap in comparison to many others. Went there to get my nials done for my graduation, they turned out pretty nice for $25- white tip french. she even gave me my '10 on my 2 thumbs for free! i gavee her a $5 tip cause she was amazing! and really nice too!!! she actually spoke english and talked to me!! Loved my gel french manicure, the lady, perhaps the manager or owner, was super fast and I was able to walk in and out on a cold, quiet Tuesday evening. The gel was wayyy thinner than I've ever had, but it didn't seem to affect the durability of the polish. I had them redone two weeks later than my normal three weeks, so I can't say for a 100% they would have lasted, but I'll update again when I come back to get them redone. read more

Super small and lovely place to go. The ladies who were there are super friendly and great to chat with. They don't have very many color options for regular polish and didn't look at the shellac. They did make all my nails a great length though and the customer service was unbeatable read more

Been coming here for the past 10 years and no complain at all. I'm a very picky person both on colors and designs but, although most of the time I bring my own color. Mimosa, the owner is the one doing my manicure and I don't use shellac just regular polish but it stays over a month. The lady who does my pedicure does a good work too. The salon is very clean. I don't think I will be going to Mimosa if she is not good & her entire staff. read more

I've past this place several times. I always wondered if they were any good so I finally went in & tried it out. I was looking at the prices to decide all I wanted to get. Then a lady (probably the owner) was like can I help you. It was very aggressive & in a very rude way. I really needed my eye brows waxed so I decided just to stay get that done & get out of there. I would've got more services done there. It says walk ins are welcome. If they don't want walk ins then take the sign down. It was the worst customer service experience EVER!!!! There was only one other customer in there. I didn't mind waiting. She did a great job so I tipped her. I should've not. However, I won't be going there again. read more

This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows waxed! The technician is always so friendly and does an amazing job. She does them as thin as I want and keeps my natural arch. Amazing place! Came in with my mom and my 4 year old daughter. Not only did they paint my daughter's toes they made it like a normal pedi! Highly recommend this salon! Prices are only $20 for pedis. The best place I've went to get my eyebrows done. They actually pay attention and take their time to perfect your eyebrows and make them as similar as possible, since not all eyebrows are the same, am I right ladies. Been here a couple times and usually super nice. But today went in for a fill the lady ignored me when I walked in. Guess what she was watching on her phone was more important. When she finally asked me what I wanted it was in a very rude manner. When I told her she looked at my nails and told me she could do it but it would be fast. When I explained what I wanted she changed her mind and said she couldn't do it in ten minutes. I asked her how long she said I can make an appt for Thursday was her only opening. This nice size nail salon is the only place to go for a world class pedicure. I've been here probably 5 times over the past couple of years and the provide a consistently excellent pedicure. It's always the same staff producing dependably excellent results. They have comfy whirlpool chairs with a fun massage option, plenty of great colors to choose from and will always, free of charge, add a very cool, spiffy little decoration to your tootsies. The pedicure includes a long soak, a leg and foot massage, a thorough cleaning and a great paint job. And the ladies are very nice. It's my favorite place to go to take care of my feet. read more

Poor job on nails, I'll never return. I had to return to fix a nail that had fuzz in it, the the filing was done poorly.

I had to get my nails redone the next day because my shellac manicure had air bubbles in it and the lines were sloppy. However, the second time around they came out great! Their prices are reasonable and the salon has a nice setting. read more

I had been going here off and on for a little over a year. Most of the ladies have been friendly. The last time I was in there one of the owners however was extremely rude. I was getting a shellac manicure(I have been going there for this for over a year spending a lot of money) and the owner was talking almost the whole time on her phone. She turned away for a moment and came back to finish putting the first layer of color and she looked at me and said "what did you do? You are not supposed to touch anything?!! I thought you knew that!)" then she grabbed my hand roughly and removed all the pollish. I had not touched anything and I was absolutely speechless at her treating me like that. That was the first and last time I will ever use her at this salon. Not sure her name as she did not introduce herself and was on the phone almost the whole time. Just went into this place for the first time. They were very friendly, efficient, and did a great job on my full set. Plus one of the ladies gave me designs on my nails for free.
