Needed a pedicure bad before an event. My usual place was closed on Sunday's so I literally just chose whichever nail salon was closest to my house. I was happy to see this nearby salon was open on Sundays! I made an appt same day. When I walked in they were already prepping my chair, this NEVER happens at any salon so I was surprised. They handed me the service menu and all the prices were listed there. Lots of colors to choose from. I got the T2 Signature Pedicure $55 and I was there for an hour - it was very relaxing and the nail tech was very thorough with cleaning and massaging! Spontaneous visit to get my nails done. I called ahead to make sure they could take me. I went in and there were two staff members. I was just doing basic shellac manicure so it wouldn't have taken very long. Another person walked in and I had to share one staff member between that customer and myself. I didn't actually mind because it would've been efficient. But besides the efficiency, it felt like my service was rushed and the end result reflects that hunch. My top coat is splochy and sloppy. (See photos) I had second thoughts about tipping because the mani quality was so bad... Maybe it's a one-off thing but I am hesitant to give them a second chance. I never leave reviews but after my experience at this nail shop... SMH I should of walked out after I felt the need to question their sanitization of the tools. The package the tools come in was not sealed and I could see water spots, She just slid them out. When I asked about it, the nail tech that was doing my nails was told to get another package of tools. She came back still unsealed. After the main lady got loud with the tech; I know she had her go in the back and just closed it after she came back out for the third time. On top of her snaching my fingers and being rough, she was hella stingy with the nail polish. I don't even think there was nail polish on the brush. When I asked for an extra coat; I was told that was and extra 5$. Once finished she demanded I give a tip! I will never go back. My nails wasn't even fully polished. I had to go home and add 3 extra coats of gel. My natural nails are long and not as strong so the polish helps strengthens it and keeps them from breaking!! read more

When I moved to Lynnwood in 2014 this business was owned by another family and after getting consistently poor services that didn't last, I went to another salon despite this being the closest to my home. I happened by there the other day and saw there is a new owner and popped in to have a nail fixed. They were super friendly, passionate about all their colors and being family-owned and I had a lovely time, headed back today for some services and happy that the quality and friendliness has improved with new ownership! I have gotten a million manicures in my life... this was BY FAR the worst. I am beyond pissed that I paid $25+ tip to walk out with nails that looks so unbelievably sh*tty. The guy who did my nails was in such a hurry, couldn't be bothered to trim my cuticles AT ALL, and then proceeded to do the worst paint job I've ever had. I had to point out to him several times that he had missed big (obvious) parts, so he just kept adding more and more layers in a pathetic attempt to cover it up. If you've ever gotten shellac gel, you know that the more layers that are applied, the quicker it peels. I got the manicure at 4:30pm and THREE HOURS LATER it's already peeling. He also kept trying to cover obvious errors by filing the sides of my nails and hoping I was just that much of an idiot that I wouldn't notice It's sad because the lady who did my pedicure did a great job and the main lady (owner?) who took my payment was SO sweet. read more

After making us wait over an hour, the front desk lady did such a rushed job on both my mani and pedi. My nails are crooked and looks sloppy. One month later, the shape of my nails are still not back to normal. She thinned the sides of it so much that I'm afraid she has just changed permanently how they will grow back. After the polish came off, I noticed scratches all over the surface of my nails from her rushing. Also, while we were there, another dissatisfied customer came in complaining of what a botched job she got from the day before and they sat her down right away to fix whatever they did to her nails. I've been going here for about 5 months and I love it! I would've given it 5 stars but I had an experience that rubbed me the wrong way. This is probably one of the cleanest nail shops I've ever seen especially for one located in a strip mall. I've only gotten shellac here but plan to try a pedicure. Helen, the main nail technician and owner of the shop has always done my nails and is great! You can tell that she really cares about what she does and wants to make sure your nails end up looking fabulous! She doesn't rush and is very particular. For $25 it is totally worth it because they also give a nice, warm arm/hand massage which feels great! The staff is also very friendly & they give free beverages which is a nice touch! The reason I only give it 4 stars is because I made an appointment for 5:30 but was pushed back. When I arrived they said they were running behind and it would be a couple of minutes before my turn. I was cool with that and was willing to wait 15min. After 25 minutes and still not being called, I left because it was a waste of my time. Even though I was upset and disappointed, I did go back the next day because 1) they do a great job and 2) they have a TON of shellac colors. They now carry OPI gel polish. read more

This is my second negative review in my life. I went in with my aunt who got a mani/pedi. I planned to get acrylic nails with a specific design (picture below). We didn't have appointments so my aunt was helped while I waited for the main nail technician for the acrylic. An hour later, my aunt was finishing up her mani/pedi (~30 mins left), when a guy let me know the nail technician was almost ready for me. I didn't want my aunt to wait for me so I said I'd wouldn't get my nails done after all. A woman who came in about 30 mins after we did was also waiting, so I told the man to have the nail tech help her instead. The man conceded and left. Shortly after the nail technician came and asked me to take my seat at her station. I told her what I told the man and she was adamant about helping me and that they had timed it. I asked her about the design again and she assured me she really could do it all in about 30 mins which is how much time my aunt still had in her manicure. I said it seemed like an hour job. She reiterated it'd take 30 min Since the nail technician seemed confident and experienced I took her at her word that she was able to do the design in 30 min. I went to her station and had the picture up for her to see the shape of the nail fit the design. PROBLEM 1: She put one of the fake nails on very crooked and dismissed me when I mentioned it stating she'd be able to shape it later. Once she started to shape it, that one crooked one remained that way through the multiple phases of getting acrylic nails after I asked her to fix it, she blamed my finger shape, typical. I pressed her to fix the look of the crooked nail regardless of my "crooked finger" and she eventually complied. PROBLEM 2: I'm not sure if I was being punished for repeatedly asking her to fix the cooked nail or if she was just not skilled either way she kept breaking skin, 4 of my cuticles bled for 20 min after I left. My thumb bled the next day after I lightly brushed it up against something. PROBLEM 3: The experience over all was disappointing, but the most disappointing part was she wasn't able to get anywhere close to the design requested. When I tried to see what we could do instead, she got agitated with me & rushed me because of the other customer waiting for her. The one I had suggested they help instead of me. I left an hour later, cuticles bleeding, with a different design and shape than I wanted. I've included pictures of my nails in comparison and you can partially see the scabs formed from my bleeding cuticles. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of my bleeding cuticles. PROBLEM 4: 4 days later the acrylic at my cuticles started to chip and my right thumb nail paint chipped off. I didn't want the same nail technician out of fear of having bleeding and painful cuticles again. I called and let them know the situation and requested a refund. They offered to try again, unfortunately my faith in them was already gone. I went in and showed her how chipped the acrylic and paint were. I asked for a refund again for reasons of a bad experience and because she would be unable to give me the design I was really after. She dismissed my concerns, said it wasn't her fault she couldn't do the design, got agitated with me, and rushed me out of her shop. I went to a different nail salon and was able to get better service, quality, and treatment. read more

The people were tacky and unqualified.... the people that were here were rude and I was verbally assaulted from one of them. I asked for a simple pedicure and they gave me the worst I've ever had. My friend just had them take off polish but they ended up scraping her nails with sand paper and leaving scratches all over her nails. My polish looks like white out and a blue ball point pen. I was going to get acrylics but when I saw them messing up my toes, I asked for a simple manicure. At the end of my manicure, in natural light, my nails were purple when I asked for clear polish. I purchased a groupon for a mani/pedi and came here before a dinner date to get my nails done. Let me just say that i could have done a better job at home. Horrible manicure, i will have to remove the polish when i get home. Gloppy polish, horrible job trimming cuticles, hangnails visible immediately upon walking out, no effort made to dry my nails with heat or quick set spray and rushed out while they were still tacky. My fingers look horrible, literally looked better prior to coming here. Painful pedicure, cut big sections of my nail off on each side and plucked them out which caused bleeding. The ladies were nice and offered tea and soda, they were pleasant to be around but that was the only redeeming quality. I will not return. Nails are ao ugly and messy. I had been happily going to this salon for years (under the old management) for quarterly polishes when I had events or trips. I was surprised to see a new family running the business, old owner must have sold after Covid hit. I decided to give the new owners a shot. I won't be back. I was the only one in the salon, granted it was later in the evening; but I was rushed and the gentleman nicked me TWICE and only apologized after the SECOND TIME drew more blood.
