Q has become my go to salon for pedicures. The ladies do such an incredible job and they put real care into every single pedicure, which sadly is not common. They do a full foot massage and exfoliating treatment with a hot towel and lotion. And I extra appreciate them for doing such a good job on my ingrown toesies. Cindy is nail tech. She did a natural and fun builder gel set. Her attention to detail and Russian manicure style is 10/10! I showed her a picture of what I was going for (glazed donut nail, think Hailey Bieber but with a touch of pink). I immediately knew that everyone there are repeat clients based on their conversations. Clean, updated, kind staff. But what makes it a great place is that it's less than 10 min from my home, their Russian manicure really stepped up, and Cindy still works there (I hadn't gone into this nail salons since 2018!) read more

So I went in about a month ago and got a french tip set fill for 55$ and i tipped 10$ I made an appointment today and walk in and they tell me it's 65$ now I said that's okay and than another lady comes from the back and asks me again what I want. I explain again and she tells me it's 75 and that I can't pick a color. I ask why? She tells me she can't do it with color, I said ma'am I got a colored french tip the last time I was here, i'm showing her what's literally on my fingernails and she says again it's 75$ for a fill. I told them have a good day. I really liked the set I got from Annh and she was very nice too not sure who I talked to today it was two different ladies. read more

Vanessa and her team are amazing nail techs. I have been going to Q Spa & Nails for over a year and have never been disappointed by the quality of their work. If it wasn't for the grow out I would only need to be in there when I wanted a color change. They have a large variety of colors to choose from for gel manicure. Even polishes that are glow in the dark and cat eye! The nail techs really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect before you leave. Walk ins are welcome however on the weekends it gets very busy so I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. read more

Very dirty- not one tool was clean! Files and clippers were old and did not come out of any sanitizing bag or machine, the cheese grater had old skin on it too! I came in for a pedi and was seated in a broken massage chair. The pedi was $50 and lasted 35 min. She ignored the back half of my legs and just kinda rubbed around my shins and top of foot. I timed the foot rub 1min 10 sec and the final 2min 58 sec one leg abs 2 min 10 sec! read more

Everyone is very friendly and greets you by name when you walk in. The place is very clean and well kept. I've been seeing Rose and she's exceeded my expectations every time. She's meticulous in her work and takes her time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I usually go about 4-5 weeks between dip manicures and besides grow out, they look just as perfect as the day I left. They never lift or peel and her techniques keep my very brittle nails strong and they are the longest they've been in years. I highly recommend anyone there but Rose has quickly become my go to! read more

My favorite nail salon in WA - dare I say... the country? I've been lucky enough to live in many states and honestly any time I come home, I have to stop by. They are so kind, so personable, incredibly friendly and they do the BEST WORK. My first time visiting. Made appointments the day before for myself and my friend for two diamond pedicures and one full set of acrylics for me. We were seen right away/on time, super friendly staff who used our names which made us feel like regulars! The pedicures were so relaxing, not rushed and no judgment about my rough feet lol. Meticulous, my nail beds and cuticles, and heels look amazing now. I believe it is Rose who did my full set and she was a perfectionist, kept checking and coming back to do little things that really added up to a beautiful clean finish. I'm so impressed and beyond happy with her work. My friend decided to get a full set too, and the ladies didn't make us feel like a burden for suddenly adding on a service. Wonderful, friendly customer service AND skilled, experienced nail techs. Came here because I was disappointed with the other place I tried. I've since come here for both a pedicure and manicure. Place doesn't smell! They sanitize their equipment! They offered helpful suggestions for the design I wanted (they were not pushy about it though) and I was definitely impressed with the final design. I travel a bit to get here but it's worth it. Prior to quarantine Q Spa & Nails services could only be rendered by appointment only; the customer service and quality of work is wonderful. Vanessa is extremely polite to everyone who enters her shop, she makes a point to speak to everyone by their name. The staff has gone to great lengths to ensure all guest are socially distant, and chairs/tables/tools/polishes are all sanitized after every customer (hand sanitizer and plexiglass partitions are everywhere). I called Q nails to schedule a pedicure for myself and asked if they could do an appointment for acrylics for my daughter. Vanessa the owner was able to have someone do my pedicure and due to a cancellation for acrylics she was able to get my daughter in. OMG.... Let me tell you Vanessa did an AMAZING JOB on my daughters nails. We've been to 3 different nail salons in the area and they'd always get my daughters nails wrong, cut her fingers or not ask her how she was doing. Vanessa actually talked to my daughter and even though English is her second language she wasn't talking in her native tongue because she felt that was rude. We felt so welcomed and the staff were very friendly. How did an awesome job on my pedicure. I'll be for sure scheduling other appointments moving forward. I recently moved from out of state and been searching for a new nail tech. I am in love with this salon. I've come twice already and I think I found my nail salon. First one since I moved to Everett that actually cleans my nails. My nails feel so clean and light. They have a wide variety of nail colors. My toes were done by the owner (I forget her name I'm sorry) and she has so much attention to detail! My toes feel no pressure and look so clean afterwards. Everyone is super sweet and understanding. You feel super relaxed coming in and leaving. I usually schedule a week in advance and they usually have the opening I request. I do recommend making an appointment. read more

First off, was looking for someplace I felt comfortable in by myself, and I did. A clean place, which it is. Friendly staff, they were all extremely nice and funny. Anh and Huo were my girls, and were engaged and delightful. The only thing negative is actually my fault. I did not look or ask about pricing before hand. So when I went to pay for a mani and pedi with gel, I was a little taken back by $140. Yikes. I still tipped generously because they were great and made the experience fun. Just be aware of prices before you sit down. Will probably go again and just do a mani or a pedi. Lol read more

Wow! I got dipping powder nails here, and they did a PERFECT job. Cindy was absolutely fabulous. So gentle. I didn't feel the need to see what she was doing - I could tell she would treat my nails with the utmost care. She was really patient as i picked out a color, and delicately habdled my cuticles. The end product is gorgeous and there are no bleeding cuticles, no pain, only a lovely result. Im picky with my salons and technicians. I wholeheartedly recommend Cindy! read more

5/5 stars because they take their time, they pay attention to small details. The shape of my nails is important to me, and Q spa got the shape perfect. They are thin as well. I sat for over an hour and it was a bit more expensive than other salons but you get what you pay for here. I'll be coming back. They are also friendly and easy to communicate with. read more

My least favorite thing about moving is finding a new nail girl-- Q Nails is my new home! It's hard to pick a "favorite" because they all do such incredible work! At first it felt a little pricey but the QUALITY! I am consistently amazed. Always willing to be patient with my indecisiveness on colors and nail shapes. QNails is CLEAN! At first glance in the strip mall... let's just say looks can be deceiving. COVID precautions are not invasive but simple and effective. Lastly, this shop is HUMAN. I have never felt like a dollar amount to anyone in this shop. They treat each client like a person and are so welcoming. I have recommended Q Nails with pride every time someone comments on my nails. Seriously love this spot. I get a pedi and acrylics for reference. read more

I hardly ever write reviews but I had to this time. This was my second time here. Ever since I discovered the dip powder I never went back to regular polish or shellac. The powder is so strong and is great for my flimsy nails. And trying to find a place that took their time, was consistent with color, how they shape the nails, and made sure I liked it was hard. The first time I came here Ivy helped me. She's so friendly and funny. She's amazing! I love that she explained everything she was doing and why. She really knows her stuff! This second time Cindy helped me and she is awesome! Her attention to detail was amazing. She put extra powder where my nail curves up and where it met the fake nail. She kept making sure I liked the shape. I love that there's no huge bump that leads down toward the nail bed. AND she made them thin enough that I can still scratch!! (That's a huge deal for me!) Will definitely be back and will definitely be asking for Cindy! I'm so happy with my nails. Can't stop looking at them! read more

I've been getting dip nails for years. When I moved to this area I started the search for a place to get my nails done. This was the first place I tried, and I have been back three times. The shop is clean, with tables and massage chairs lining both sides. The staff are all friendly and Vanessa and Ivy greet every customer, taking extra care to remember names and details. I've witnessed customers engage in friendly conversation with each other and with the staff, reminding me of an old fashioned beauty salon in the best ways. The work is consistently good. I just moved from out of state and needed nails and a pedicure. I was not able to call for an appointment but after walking in the staff explained that appointments are better and the only thing available at the moment was a nail appointment. I read so many reviews about them and my experience was great! I got a wonderful lady that recently relocated from Kansas that did my nails yesterday and today my pedicure is being done by Ann who is so kind and doing a fabulous job. THIS PLACE DOES NOT SANATIZE THEIR EQUIPMENT CORRECTLY The lady doing my nail didn't allow me time To pick out my dip and hurt me multiple times while shaving down old nail and was not going to replace my tip like what they usually do with a dip(I've never had a fill with dip, always new tip and everything) I had to explain that before she realized I was right and then continued to burn my nails and I told her multiple times it hurt. Also I always go with my grandmother and she sat next to me while no one was helping her and then when someone finally helped her it seemed like all was good until a few days later her side of her nail swells up and we have to get it sliced by a doctor to get the puss out and said to be carful which nail salon you go to because some don't Sanitize the equipment which is gross Let me repeat A DOCTOR had to tell us this how gross this place is and they really fucked my grandmas hand up which upset me so much we will no be going back and also she had to be put on a antibiotic and get a tetanus shot ugh I'm so mad!! read more

It's tucked away upstairs, so it's very private and quiet. She takes the time to ask you about your skin concerns and explains what her service can do for you. During the peel, she was extremely careful and routinely asked how I was feeling. The tingling was minimal, overall a very comfortable experience. Korin was very detailed in her aftercare instructions, and also sent me home with a small sample of moisturizer to minimize the visible peeling. Due to following her instructions, I experienced MINIMAL visible peeling, but great results in the improvement of my skin's texture. My clients have been asking me if I've switched foundations! I already booked my follow up appointment, because this is going to be a new part of my regular skincare routine. Thank you, Korin! You're the best!

However, partway through my shellac manicure, she was sent to do a pedicure for another customer. Another woman, who seemed to be the owner, stepped in with no introduction or explanation and just continued the service. I had asked for an almond-square shape, but she did a square shape instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to let that go at the time. Unfortunately, the shellac started chipping just two days later, and another nail chipped on day 7. Normally, my shellac lasts over two weeks without issue, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and the quick seating, but the communication, attention to detail, and durability of the manicure fell short.
