I received very poor service. This is for the Monticello lovely nails only I went in and had a Manny and a petty and came out with my nails looking like crap. They told me to come in and they would fix the issue, but they didn't fix the issue they made it worse. I told her the color that they were using was the incorrect color, but they would not listen. this was a regional job because the first go round didn't turn out correctly. It bubbled up and smeared. 1. Tiny parking lot shared with 3 other businesses. 2. Turned my walk in away 2 hours before they close At least they didn't tell me it'll only be a couple minutes and leave me sitting there for the better part of an hour. I don't want to have to have an appointment to get my nails done. I wanna just be able to walk in, wait 15 minutes, and then an hour or two later walk out with my nails done. I'm sure this is as good as Monticello gets but, that was my mistake to think I should try to get my nails done while I'm visiting out here. i asked for almond. she gave me egg looking nails. i told her the length and she filed down way too short. i corrected her three times asking to change the shape and she said "the powder will fix" and it didn't. it is not a good place to go to. service was fine. she also put the tips on crooked and on top of my skin. read more

My best friend and I went for what was supposed to be a fun ladies night pedi and they were really mean to us. We showed a picture and asked if they could do it and got a confirmation they could - but at the end they left and said they couldn't do it (red with white polka dots and a red flower for my friend - nothing complicated). One of the women came over and said she could do it but got really frustrated and actually physically grabbed my friend's foot in a very unkind manner. All the while we were being polite and friendly, we still tipped 10% (it would have been 20% if they treated us like humans). We won't go there ever again. need to add, we had been there before and it was fine, not great, but ok- I don't know what the deal was yesterday. I've gone here twice. The first time went well. The second time two of my finger nails started splitting horizontally on my hand after 5 days and 4 of my toe nails fell off after 2 weeks. I have no idea what would cause that but makes me not want to go back. read more

We were able to all enjoy a nice little spa day getting our nails done. Great location. Great service. Pretty disappointed in the quality. The man doing my friend's nails was rushing and ended up cutting 3 of her nails so bad that they bleed through bandaids and she ended up asking him not to continue. My nails are inconsistent with color, patches are missing and there are bumps. Don't know why this place has so many stars read more

A group of 4 of us were in town for a unexpected death in our family. We had time before we needed to be at the airport so we walked in to see if they could fit us in. Being a group of 4 we knew it might not be possible. We wanted 2 pedicures, one nail repaired, a full set of nails and I also asked for a fill for myself but was not a priority if it couldn't happen. The lady said yes they could fit us all in if we waited 30 minutes. We had no issue with waiting as we had the time. About 20 minute in to our wait she started a full set of nails, the two of us waiting for pedicures waited about 30 min and they put us in chairs with the water. Up until this point we didn't have any issues however no one at the salon talked to you at all there was 3 other ladies in there getting services and you could hear a pin drop it wasn't a very comfortable setting. We sat with our feet in water and finally asked for new water as our feet were freezing by this point as it had been well over 20 min in the water. She brought a mop bucket out with an old yellow plastic water pitcher and started taking the water out of our chairs no sanitary measures in between if we weren't all family we would of had a much bigger issue with this but still let it slide it was a long emotional trip. After refilling our water we waited another 30 min and at that point we both politely just said it was fine we would just hold off on them. Dried our feet let them know and we left my Aunt however was just finishing her full set and my mother was still wanting her nail repaired. After we went to the car she told my Mom that since we didn't have time for the pedicures she doesn't have the time to fix her one nail. We are not local but I would never recommend this place to anyone! Very rude service and we would of been totally fine if they said they didn't have time from the start or checked in with us while waiting. read more

Update: Came into the salon today for a gel fill. This is a very big, nice salon with at least four techs. Even though they were very busy, I only waited for five minutes. The ladies that work here are lovely. They do an awesome job. Although I do find their nails are thicker and not as natural looking as Brand New Nails. I will say that the TVs were not set to the military channel this time which was a nice change. I am going to chalk up my last visit to a very emotional election. Today I found that everyone was pleasant and friendly. No talk of politics. Yay! If I need nails, I think I'm heading backwards to Brand New Nails. read more

Love this place! This is the only nail place I have been able to find that doesn't use electric tools on real nails! I love that! Everyone that works there is so nice and I get my nails done quickly but they are so beautifulI love the wide selection of gel nail polish. Cindy and Anna are always so very sweet! I loved my experience here today. I had an appt and was seen right away. I had the longest pedicure i have ever had anywhere. Which of course is a good thing with a pedicure. The nail tech (I didn't catch her name, but she was very sweet) was attentive to detail and my nails look great. And most importantly, it was very clean! read more
