It's pretty much a hands on learning space where children get to explore the extents of their creativity! Walking in you feel like you've stumbled into your crazy inventor uncle's basement: filled to the brim with contraptions the students and staff have built, the tools for building, and all the junk you'd need to build more contraptions. They have classes for every kind of interest, from building functioning robots to learning how to fix a bike, to making costumes, to cooking. They take things that children only dream of (like building a giant maze out of 30+ cardboard refrigerator boxes) and turn them into realities. They have such a variety of classes that you just have to check out the schedule to figure out the specifics. If I had to summarize it in one sentence it would be: This is a place that focuses on the joys of creating through building, experimenting, and learning how to take ideas out of your brain, put them on paper, and then make them physical objects. For the grown-ups they also offer some classes on making things, through the affiliated Studio Bricolage (linked on their website). We were told to check this place out by many members of the design/tinker community here and after seeing it for myself this afternoon I'm really happy to know a place like this exists.

Very down to earth, very helpful and she quickly went through the boxes and executed a transaction of very fair price. I love books, happy to know my books would go to a good home. They're the kind of place that gets me excited about the world, even if they also remind me there will never be enough time to read everything I want to. As well as a pool/arcade area and the drag room with the stage. The music could be updated to not play republican or abusive artists like Kanye and Nicki Minaj They do not tolerate underage drinking at all, so don't even try it here. If you under age drink at home and come drunk, you will not get in. They have different nights for different events, but you can always find fun no matter the night. The drag is my favorite part, there is a diverse cast with rotating talent, they do have a regular set base cast as well. Mercedes is the GOAT. she's incredible. The gay 90s sets out to create a truly inclusive space for everybody, despite race, gender, disability or sexuality. Straight men looking to take advantage, often visit here so just keep an eye out for them. You'll notice they travel alone or in packs of two they also keep to the edges sometimes. Keep an eye out for each other ladies and thems. People do get drugged here occasionally, but over all not as much as other places. The bathrooms are surprisingly not gross, there is good privacy and 3 different locations.

They seemed fine with this so I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with District Manager Jennifer. Horrible experience. Interviewed me standing up in the middle of the store for all of 5 minutes before she informed me that she needed the role to begin immediately (even though she knew that I had this prior commitment). Would have been nice to know this prior. She seemed irritated/frustrated/stressed/rude. Totally unprofessional.
