He seemed to know every product backward and forward, and seemed to know exactly what I would like before I even knew such things existed. And he nailed it every time! If I could give them 10/10 I would. Lovers lane Lombard location is extremely clean, easy to find, welcoming, and have nearly everything you could want or need. My daughter who works at a lovers lane out of town gave me a gift with the tag still on it. Unfortunately is didn't fit, I didn't really like it and I wanted to exchange it for something else, so I came to the Lombard location, it still had the tag on it and when I called first, the lady said it should be fine if I don't have the receipt as long as I give them my daughter's name. When I went there they couldn't find her name and refused to let me exchange it. It had the tag on it! and there was the same exact item a couple inches away from the cashier's desk where I was standing and I pointed it out! They still would not do it.
