I would absolutely recommend him for all types of occasions : private or big birthday parties, festivals, block parties, - anywhere there will be children!! It's through him that I heard of the Central Street Busker Festival that took place the next day and his line was loooong! Most recently, we went to his show last week that the Mt. Prospect Public Library held for spring break. That was very very well attended, with a long line of folks waiting to get in (and that's with all of us registered to attend!), but the show was a lot of fun. He did a little magic, a little comedy, and some fun balloon tricks. This guy has been doing this all his adult life--unless that's also a joke and part of his act--but regardless, he's great at his job. I'm looking forward to seeing him again and my little one having the chance to pick her balloon creation on her own.

A cluttered mess but worth it if having the time to look around. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about artists and instruments. Cool place for anyone who likes music stores, and especially the ones filled with assorted crap. It's probably the worst thing about it. Takes so long going through everything and you can lose track of time. Looked through a lot of rolled up posters that were wrapped in plastic. These had no labels saying what they were. Of course the staff didn't even know. This is one example of the lack of organization. Oh well, it's still cool. The prices on most things are okay. Has some pretty cool things of course. It's located at First Street and Water Street downtown. This is a pretty cluttered store but it's fun if you like this kind of stuff.

However, I then called VIP and last minute booked a party for 11. They are very accommodating and well within a price range. I purchased the Girl's Night Out Ultimate Package! We arrived to meet everyone at the first location and they took a picture for our group, they also gave the bride a little welcoming package, tiara, and a boa. Then round of shots and drink for the bride was awesome as well. We then got on the shuttle bus, which is much nicer than I expected (GREAT JOB VIP) and went to a show and two other bars. My friends had a blast, I definitely feel you get you monies worth! You never had to feel like there was a dull moment, if your with good company well the package is fun as well and full of surprises and drinks! The customer service was very helpful and the driver was courteous as well! You never had to feel like you were unprepared or stressed out. They did a great job of getting that done! :) I was very satisfied and would definitely book again with them for other event (girls night, they even have VIP bachelor - I heard). VIP Bachelorette is the best team you can work with when it comes to partying :) We had two packages with them... nails and cocktails during the day and the ultimate night out at night. Both were handled fabulously and all of us had the best time ever. Danielle was our event coordinator who was very quick at responding to all my emails. They organize my mom's extensive set of medications and make sure there aren't issues and provide monthly packets so we don't have to do the sorting with a jillion pill bottles. They'll call us to remind us about pickups and treat us like old friends when we come into the store. They run a business like those that you see in small towns in old movies. The ones you wish were real. Fantastic people. Worth transferring your business there.
