I am deeply disappointed in this business. I booked an appointment for a same day color/cut. I was told this was fine and nothing else was mentioned about me running late (no terms of service, etc.). Upon arriving, I was told they double booked my slot and they attempted to move me out 1.5 hours due to being 15 mins late. I was 15 mins behind on the dot. Please note - I am two weeks postpartum, attending the appointment with my husband and newborn, AND called to ensure my later arrival was okay for the salon. Had I known I would be disregarded for my original appt time, I wouldn't have booked the slot. This information was not given over the phone when outreached. The only reason I am giving a star is because they at least refunded my deposit amount. I will not be coming here again and would not recommend this service to others based on my experience.
