The quality was okay, the price for what received poor and the tech while phenomenal in the past seemed rushed.

Hai did an amazing job! I have really short, short brittle nails and Hai was nice, gentle and friendly. And made my nails look amazing! Yes, it's inside of Walmart, but who cares! I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done. When we showed up, no one was there, the lights were off and it looked closed (it was well before closing time). We were about 10 minutes early, so we waited just in case the staff had gone to lunch. 15 minutes after her appointment time had passed, we ended up just leaving. We tried to call, but could hear the phone ringing and ringing inside. It didn't even go to a voicemail. I am not impressed! read more

I've been to every nail salon in Loveland, and this place is the best. My only complaint is that it's inside the Walmart (hence 4 stars instead of 5), so you have to listen to "please take your receipt" all day long, but everybody here does such a great job, and they are friendly, and often remember your favorite color! read more

This is a small salon inside a Walmart Center and the space is a bit tight. But I had a great experience and would gladly return to Regal Nails Salon and Spa the next time I'm in the area. I was visiting from Denver for a friend's wedding and needed a simple mani/pedi service. They took me on very short notice and did a competent and careful job with my nails. The shop is run by a family and even though they were quite busy, the proprietors treated everyone with kindness. The customer in the chair next to me said she's been coming to Regal Nails for seven years and wouldn't go anywhere else. If I lived closer, it would be my go-to spot as well. This is the best place to get your nails done in this area, by far. I've tried several places and this is my favorite. I was a little iffy when I saw it was in the walmart, but it surprised me. I get my acrylics and fills here and I've gotten a few pedicures--the foot massage is awesome and it's the longest one I've ever gotten anywhere. Prices are fair as well. It seems like the people working there have designated services they do, which i think is smart skill-set-wise. I've never had any of the males, but the female that usually does fills and tips is my favorite and the female that usually does pedicures is great at them as well--again, the massage ! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I WISH I COULD GIVE IT negative stars I have been getting acrylics for 10 years now and I have never experienced anything like this. I suppose it's partially my fault since I decided to go to a nail salon in wal mart...however the reviews were decent and they were friendly at first. I wanted French type of design that I didn't think was too complicated. The first thing I did was show them a picture of the design I wanted and asked if they were able to to this. I was fully prepared to just get a regular all over color if they would've told me no (no biggie at all). I also immediately explained that I wanted the bottom part of my nail to be like a light pink/skin color so that the French design stood out and you wouldn't be able to see my real nail below it. I thought this was common sense but I clearly stated it just in case. My pedicure was fine but then the true nightmare began. I am very very familiar with the whole acrylics process and I immediately knew this lady was not experienced. My nails were uneven and started to bend towards the end. When I politely brought this to her attention, all she said was "IM NOT DONE". So I was like ok that's fine she's gonna fix it. She barely fixed it, but at least it got a bit better. Before she started painting my nails I told her I wanted like a pink gloss or some type nude to cover the bare nail so that the pink French would look good and she said "WAIT IM NOT DONE". Then she started painting my nails and gosh it was horrible. I told her I wanted a lighter pink but for some reason she had to convince me to do a darker pink. So whatever, fine. The design was horrible and super uneven. Again, when I asked her if she could fix it, she said "IM NOT DONE". I honestly had a really good attitude up until this point. Once she was done with the French design, she tried to put a clear coat on top of it. CLEAR! I stopped her and told her to at least do a pink clear coat or something because I didn't want a bare nail with color at the top. Then she told me "TOO LATE ITS ALREDY DONE YOU SHOULDVE TOLD ME BEFORE". I lost my patience. I was still composed but just needed to pay and get out of there because she took 3 hours!!! You can clearly see the acrylic glued to my real nail below the design. I mean who wants that??? I thought it was common sense to do a light pink or something to cover that. However, I STILL TOLD HER TO DO THAT AND SHE DIDNT. Then she proceeded to tell me that she knew that my real nail would show and it was my fault that my real nails were showing. IF SHE KNEW THIS WHY WOULDNT SHE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR AT LEAST TELL ME BEFORE HAND OR LISTEN TO ME! They were really busy when she got done and she told me I could come back later to get it fixed but that she didn't have time now. ARE YOU KIDDING? PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR HAE GOTTEN YOUR NAILS DONE AT A REAL SALON BEFORE. Do not get them done by the only lady that works there. Please please save your money. Business is in Loveland WALMART. Had a pedicure. There was no waiting Place is filthy, dropped calus grater on the floor, left it there for 5 min or so. Debris on the floor under every station. Employees sitting around yapping instead of sweeping the place. Tools were in an unsealed plastic bag. Who inspects these places? I didn't expect much from a tiny nail salon inside Walmart, but it was the most convenient place to go so I went ahead and took a chance. I am SO glad I did! I have been to 3 other nail salons in the area looking to find a great shellac manicure- all of which were bigger, fancier and huge disappointments! I have FINALLY found my place! My mom and I went there today, not really expecting it to be much since it's a little store inside a Walmart. We were pleasantly surprised. Nails were done 5 days ago and the shellac has peeled off the acrylic and they look 3 weeks grown out. Worst nails and service I've ever had. The nail technician was rude as hell and cut me 2 times, then proceeded to blame it on me and charge me full price. Place is disgusting and dirty and the staff is inconsiderate, doesn't listen and ignores you half the time. Have now and always will continue to tell ALL Walmart associates not to come here for ANY services. Disgusted by the nail salons lack of kindness or consideration. read more

Went in there today with a gift certificate and the man who did my nails was clearly irritated about it. Rushed through and CUT ME IN 7 PLACES. I have pictures. Then when we were done he informed me that my gel set was $5 more so I gave him my debit card and he asked how much tip. I told him 0. He asked why and I showed him where I was bleeding in 7 different spots. He said "it's not my fault your skin is thin". I signed my slip and left. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more

I went here as a last minute thought when my Mom came in town last May to get pedicures and they did such a great job. Our polish lasted much longer than I excepted it would. The chairs were so comfortable and the workers were so friendly. I will defiantly go back! read more

The guy who did my nails was ok didnt say much except you didn't get your nails done here last time I can tell.. um ok... you got me ;)... I just wanted plain acrylic and nail polish... i original had blue acrylic powder and any other place I have gone to they sand it off completely not this guy still blue nails... I originally picked out a pretty pink color but since he didn't take the blue off underneath we had to go with a dark color. This place is really cheap so it is what it is but the thing that really got to me was that their sign clearly says $17 for a fill and nail polish which is the cheapest you'll find but he charged me 20 and then was upset when I gave him a $5 tip when reality that was an $8 tip it's the principle if you say something to certain price on the board and then you charge me something different $3 or not it's still not right. If you're looking for cheap not best quality I would say try it but you get what you pay for. read more
