People became irate, impatien, I was scared for our safety. after about 1 hour someone came and just waved their arm and the masses of passengers followed. there was no real instruction as to who we were all following and people fought over elevators & escalators. when we all finally arrive on the ground floor lined up we were told 1 bus we take us to the rental car area. 1 bus!!! So I don't know how many trips it made back & forth. After over 2 hours of waiting in uncertainty in an aggressive scary crowd and climbing stairs, escalator, elevators, being shoved and tripped and scared I arrived at Hertz Car rental with no apology from anyone from the airport or Hertz they swiped my card & Id and charged full price. my phone battery had almost died and I asked if they had the usb adapter I could borrow bc the car didn't use usb and I didn't think to bring one. They didn't have any apparently so I went on my way but I'm very disappointed in the airport and the car rental company for their lack of a plan as to how best to treat their passengers if this should happen and their lack of apologies. We started our vacation tired, hungry, scared, and frustrated due to no fault of our own. the wait took almost as long as our flight. Shame on you Tampa International Airport and Hertz Car rental. But close a half hour early anyway leaving us without a restroom.. They're doing some kind of construction, so it's not easy to get to the gazebo. If you're waiting to be picked up, no Ramps for the luggage or handicap access. No sidewalk access to the gazebo. This is a dangerous joke.

Then you buy your pass and navigate to your sunrail stop. Make sure your on the correct side!!! Haha I ran across last minute. I suggest giving yourself 15 mins extra if it's your first time. I traveled from the Tupperware station in Kissimmee to DeBary for my work meeting. The Sunrail has two levels. I sat at the top at a four person table equipped with a charger port. It was such a smooth ride. I was able to get work done on my computer using their complimentary wifi. The stops don't take very long. You barely notice they stop. The views are lovely and each stop seems to be located in a nice location. It's very inexpensive to buy a ticket and you can relax and avoid Florida traffic. I can't wait for them to open on weekends one day so I can go with my family to downtown Orlando events, the Zoo in Sanford or a nice day in downtown Winterpark. Highly suggest!!

He drove so poorly I almost…read moreasked to be dropped off anywhere in Tampa but my bag was in the trunk and I was certain he would resist. This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.

The actors tried their best however the dialogue was very bad and hard to follow. The $35 per ticket experience included one alcoholic beverage, and a hors d'oeuvre plate which consisted of sliced pepperoni, cubed cheese, salami, and a couple of crackers. During the murder mystery the generator on the train lost power and we were in the dark without air conditioning for 20 minutes. The experience was a very very long 90 minutes. I have to give the actors a thumbs up for trying however I would not recommend this to anyone unless you're a train enthusiast
