This train is always late. The station is horrible and is currently closed now and is very hot outside.

Nothing happened to the grill, then the employee proceeds to send me photos of the grill. Perfect photos I already have of the cracked piece in the grill. I didn't respond to the employee after. Now a month later they're claiming $2500 worth of damages?! Funny all the photos they sent to the claims I have from my pick up date before it left your lot! This company is a whole scam!! We called to tell the store that we were on our way on a message, because they did not pick-up the call, during working hours. We informed them we would be there in a few minutes, that we could see the Enterprise office and were at a red light. We arrived at 1:03 and an employee driving a red car shook his head as no., as he left the parking lot passing us. The other on a blue car left right behind. No one remained behind to honor our confirmed reservation. Seriously, why would the app let you book a car and pickup at 1:00 PM, when employees will not be there to honor it. So now we have no vehicle for the weekend. We have to Uber around town. Our plans to take our daughter to Universal tomorrow for her birthday are cancelled. What would you do with employees like these? Their selfishness to get their weekend started, trumping the customer's reservation, leaves me speechless. I call for their dismissal. They clearly don't care about the company's revenue, the customers, or their job. They ignored the confirmed reservation, ignored the call, and ignored us, the customers, whom arrived before they left. Intentional dereliction of duty.

The items were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. I was in the area so I decided to check out this Goodwill in Sebring. It was completely different than any other Goodwill I have been to. They still had the same racks of clothes I am used to but they also carried a wide range of brand new household decor items including art, rugs, and decorations. One large part of the store was roped off and it contained hundreds of brand new Halloween costumes in bags. It was a far cry from the one rack of used mismatched costume pieces I have seen Goodwill stores carry in the fall. This store also carries brand new mattresses. This Goodwill resembled more of a Big Lots than the Goodwills I am used to. The prices were on par with those of discount retailer Big Lots as well. They even sell snacks up front. I inquired about what they sell and was told it was new and thrift items. The new items had been donated to them. I don't know if this store is unique or the way Goodwill wants to move in the future. Everything was clean and displayed nicely. I really wanted to find out more about this store but unfortunately they were getting ready to close for the night. If I lived in Sebring I would be a regular customer at this store.

My gf and I came to see a production of Les Miserables, because our friend was going to play the role of Cosette. I was so impressed by the quality of production as well as the level of talent that the group put together! The cast is made completely of people living in the area. Some being family members of other casts, local residents, and long-time supporters. But, the dedication and quality of the performance was spot on! The space was a perfect size where there was not a bad seat in the house. And those seats were definitely filled the day we went. They even have a concession stand that had candy, popcorn, and even adult beverages. All complete with a stunning backdrop of the lake in your periphery. I will definitely be scoping out any additional shows this wonderful theatre has and look forward to coming here again. The local folks know all about this awesome place as it's been around for a while . I'm sure it will continue and more folks will be able to enjoy the big performances that this little theatre offers

The manger a front desk associate offered an upgrade suitable for our weekend visit. It's nice to see employees value long term Marriott guests. Our only issue was the 15 minute check in wait due to another client, there should have been two employees available to assist. We had a two room suite on the 3rd floor. Room was admired by all the family and wished we were staying longer. Room was clean and crisp and decorated quite well. Having two bathrooms was a real plus and one adult likes to get up early and take their time getting presentable. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and had a couple different items. We liked the iced coffee, mini marble type muffins, and tortillas for making a breakfast type burrito. They had a nice compliment of waffle toppings and syrups also. The one strange thing was the Hilton Tru employees from next door working around the Marriott property and cleaning up. My guess is that they are both owned by the same franchise owner.

It was pretty dirty and it seemed like the bathrooms were really unkept, but I noticed this time they had people at every single bathroom keeping them clean every time I went to the bathroom, it was super clean now Road Atlanta needs to catch up with them. I like the new bridge crossovers that let you get to the paddocks and over the track. The shuttles have been great for people who don't feel like walking and especially when my knees needed a break from the stairs. Temporary signs were everywhere and the free parking for those whom didn't purchase or have an inside parking sure is nice as it helps it brings a bigger crowd to the races and helps promote and keep the sport popular. I did get to park inside with my four day pass and that was really nice to not have to buy it separately but also the free parking wasn't super far either. The weather has been great so far and the track staff have kept the track clean and so far it's been a fun event. I'll update after the race with any post race feedback. I finally found the free program with the map of the track layout and the shuttle stops have a track map also. This has been super helpful. At Daytona they had either ran out or didn't have maps and it was challenging and frustrating. They need to add temporary track maps to their shuttle stops like Sebring. I also like how the shuttle staff were familiar with the stops and helped navigate when and where to get off based on where you were wanting to go, something the staff at Daytona definitely had no clue about and their lines were long and fans were frustrated not knowing where to go or if they were even getting on the correct shuttles.
