The plumber came in looked at the faucet and shower head to replace and said "I don't have the right tools" then left to get them. Came back 40 minutes later and said the parts we had would not fit, left again to go to Lowes, came back and had a part to put the old faucet back on. Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. My husband finally tried turning it on and NO Water comes out. It is broken. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND
