They don't care about the commercial drivers or any other customer at that. Bathrooms are by far some of the worst I've been to. And tonight isn't the first time I've been here. Pilot/flying j used to be one of my favorite truck stops growing up and with their policy changes and me traveling to them country wide now their quality is doing nothing but continuing to go down. They don't take care of their employees and so therefore their employees don't take care of their brand. With the pandemic going on they preach cleanliness and safety yet they don't appear to be clean. No point of wearing a mask when it's as filthy as it is. Honestly you should be wearing gloves to go into alot of these trucks stops the way they appear lately. Before the pandemic they actually seemed to be alot cleaner and more customer friendly then they are now. This specific facility no good and Pilot/Flying J you guys need to go back to old school truck stops customer service and commercial service this is horrible. You're turning into other crappy big name gas stations and convenient stores. You're pride and care for your brand is no more. And this is sad. Very disappointed in what you have become. You are supposed to be bigger better and more desirable then some regular corner mart. Morning after... went in to talk to a supervisor got to speak with Toyia I think is how it was spelled she is a lead but not a direct manager. She was very friendly kind and understanding. Toyia I commend and respect what she had to deal with. She had to employees working underneath that I felt with that day Jamie(female) and Terrence(male). After using facilities and figuring out what I needed. I go to register and deal with Jamie at the counter. They have the plexiglass dividing guest from employees. We all know it's hard to hear and be heard through them. As I was trying to guide Jamie to where the cigarettes I wanted were; she couldn't hear me. I elevated my voice with no aggressive tons or pitch and then she got mad accused me.of yelling and being disrespectful. Fair enough miscommunication. Plexiglass in the way. But her approach to responding went to disrespectful after I asked Toyia why this happened. She turned around from her back to me and started yelling then literally threw the cigarettes at me going to my side of counter yelling and saying I don't need this job and I don't have time for these white bitches. Became very aggressive hostel and disrespectful. Terrence he stepped in not knowing any situation or not caring( maybe a crush on jamie) became disrespectful tried to tell me to leave the facilities. This is while Toyia was trying to de-escalate the situation. Terrence nor Jamie were willing to calm down walk away or listen to their supervisor. They were between ages 18 and 23 very disrespectful to their coworker their superior and their guest. Absolutely no excuse for any of their behavior. Aggression was high from Terrance as if he was going to battle to display loyalty and defend the honor of his future queen. Definitely could have ended physical if Toyia did not finally convince them to leave and finish the transaction. The only positive things about this facility that I have seen is convince with easy on easy off of the interstate and Toyia she was great.

Like many Flying J gas plaza's the mini store has got all kinds of deals on drinks, snacks and electronic merchandise. If you've been developing a crinkle in your neck from sleeping in your ride, they sell a number of neck and shoulder pillows starting at around $14.99.

Rundover…read moreMobile Mechanic proved to be not only untrustworthy but also uninsured, leading to the total loss of my vehicle. On April 26th, I hired Rundover to address several issues with my car, including an oil leak. During their initial visit, they failed to resolve the problems and crucially, never informed me that the oil leak posed any significant danger. I was advised that my car needed more oil, until the diagnosed problem of a valve gasket was fixed. Upon receiving the replacement part, they returned to my location. After replacing the gasket, I was then told that my valve cover was warped and required a new one. Again, wasn't told that my car wasn't safe to drive and, was told it was still low on oil. Approximately 15 minutes after they departed, I drove less than a mile to purchase more oil. Within that short distance, my car caught fire and was utterly destroyed, burned beyond repair. Despite the clear correlation to their work, Rundover Mobile Mechanic immediately place the blame squarely on me. When I requested their insurance information, they refused to provide it, a refusal they extended to my lawyers formal letter. Their website now states "permanently closed" in the Marion area. The business address they listed is is a defunct gas station that has been out of operation for few years. To my knowledge, they may still be operating in Missouri. I lost my car due to their negligence and deceptive practices. Rundover Mobile Mechanic fled from their responsibility. Please think twice - and then think again before entrusting your vehicle to them.

WARNING!! Nathan…read moreBallard does NOT own a working tow truck! I called Nathan for a tow into Bloomfield. We agreed upon a price and he collected the key to the vehicle. The vehicle was being towed to a location I was no longer at and I am from out of state, so I agreed to paying via PayPal before the tow. The next morning I woke up to a text from Nathan saying he had cut his finger trying to jump my starter and he had to leave my vehicle on the road with the key in the vehicle and it would just be cheaper to have my family that was meeting me, rent a dolly and tow it back home myself. When I requested a refund if he wasn't going to tow it, he told me to suck his d!&*. Hours later Nathan said he now had my vehicle and would be arriving in and hour and a half. After waiting 2 1/2 hours we just went to where my vehicle broke down. My vehicle was still there but my key was not with the car. It is a push button start and the vehicle tells you if the key is near it or not. It was definitely not there. I messaged Nathan back demanding my key and he replied that he was actually now coming to get my vehicle and that I owe him additional money for the tow. At this point I called the local sheriff's department and reported the situation. When they called him he again claimed to have left the key inside the gas door. Then for the rest of the night Nathan preceded to message me demanding another $100 to get my key back. The call from the police definitely did the trick though. The next morning when we arrived with the new tow company the key was now magically with the vehicle. Nathan was absolutely vulgar with myself and my cousin who was also messaging him. Nathan later blamed our harassment as his excuse for abandoning the tow. Another time he blames the storm Saturday night. (I called him Saturday morning for the tow, 16 hours before the storm started) this lasted all day Saturday and Sunday. The new tow company collected my vehicle Monday morning. Nathan was incredibly inappropriate and vulgar, agreed to a service he doesn't even have the equipment to perform, and later tried to hold my key ransom for more money. An absolutely hellish experience of him trying to take advantage of someone from out of state. I'm actually grateful now that Nathan doesn't actually have a tow truck, because there's no telling what would be of my vehicle had he actually been able to move it. The Stoddard county sheriff's department did an amazing job and I now have my vehicle and key in possession. My PayPal payment dispute will be resolved soon. UPDATE: JUNE 3 PAYPAL REFUNDED ME MY MONEY TODAY. I HEED WARNING TO ANYBODY REQUESTING A TOW SERVICE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

The service was good. Some days better than others. The food is really good. The pizza is…read moreexcellent as always. However, this morning I tried the breakfast burrito. There was way too much in it for the thin burrito wrap. Most of the fixings ended up in my lap or on the floor because they fell out. It was good though. The mens room left a lot to be desired. Chew tobacco and spit on the floor, pieces of TP everywhere, 2-3 rolls of TP laying here and there, trash overflowing. The 4 stars was due to the restroom.
