My 2019 Prius is literally an extension of myself, and I'm not super finicky, but I plan to keep it for many more years so I wanted it repaired before it rusted. They were so kind and informative through the whole process, from the time I took it in for an estimate, until I picked it up looking flashier than it was when I brought it in. Extra special shout outs to JC at the counter, Kevin, and Jonathan Barnes. This was my first time, dealing with this kind of repair with insurance and collision, and they handled all of it, from communicating with the insurance company, to keeping me informed of the progress, to making sure my car was shiny and beautiful for me upon pick up. The level of care and ownership these people took in their work was positively heartwarming. Whatever they are making, it's not enough. As some of these yelp reviews can attest to, these people are clearly the target of a lot of unnecessary abuse, but they were nothing but the penultimate professionals whenever I was there. They will have my business forever.

The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!

The staff at Meekhof Tire are generous and hard workers! I was driving home from Lansing area and…read moremy low tire pressure light came on. I had replaced my tires 3 days prior so I was shocked that I had an issue. I pulled off the expressway and Meekhof Tire happened to be open on that exit road. They took my car in right away, pulled the tire off, and did an inspection. They found that the company that installed my tires that week had damaged the the hub, valve stem, and the sensor, so my tires were not in new condition - there were chunks pulled off. The guys here temporarily fixed my tires and did not charge me for their help! I thanked them and wanted to spread the word that these guys went above and beyond for someone who they didn't know and had not purchased tires from them. These guys deserve a shout-out: Earl, Tim, Joe, Dave, Andrew Thank you for helping me have a safe drive home!
