Two hours since the last stop and we didn't need gas here, but Love's is nearly always going to be a great option for restrooms and that alone makes it an easy choice. It's right next to the highway so it was easy to access and we parked in a regular spot instead of weaving through the pumps, and headed straight inside. The restrooms were exactly what I've come to expect from Love's: clean, bright, and taken care of, the kind of stop where you're in and out without any hesitation or second guessing. We didn't browse the store or grab snacks this time, just a quick reset before getting back on the highway, but even in a short visit you can feel how reliable this location is. Love's Travel Stop may not be the biggest gas station, but it doesn't stop them from providing great customer service. Walked in, I was greeted while making my way to the men's restroom. The men's restroom was clean and no issues whatsoever. I can say it'll be trouble finding a parking spot if you're aren't pumping gas in your vehicles. read more

Ok, this Love's is tiny y'all. It's itty bitty. Like one person wide aisles. But it had super clean bathrooms and the shelves were well stocked. Root beer was on the bottom of the soda fridge, but I'll let that slide. They have two self checkouts, which is great if you're in a hurry. I like to use the humans, because I won't let the machines win. Despite its smaller size, getting in/out with gas was easier than some larger stations. I can't speak to the food inside, as I try not to eat gas station food. But that's a story for another day. read more

We stopped here on a Tuesday night at 11:00pm. The reviews don't lie. Worst Loves we have ever been to. Bathroom was nasty, urine on the floor in front of the toilet. There were empty packages all over the store where people had stolen things. The shelves were not stacked or neat. The hot dogs on the grill were old and wrinkled. The fountain drink area desperately needed cleaning! Both machines dispensed a clear liquid for Coke Zero. The coffee tasted fine. This was more like a convenience store gas station than a Loves. Worst Loves I've been to yet. Not clean, traffic flow is HORRENDOUS, using a pump with even a small trailer attached is so challenging. Everyone leaves their cars parked at the pumps to go inside for 30 minute rest stops while people wait to fuel up. The rv parking spots are always full of small cars. This was a very busy place with barely an open pump or place to park after gasing up. The food and drinks were plentiful w Godfathers pizza and two other fast food shops. The bathroom was somewhat clean considering how many people were there. The countertop was clean with paper towels dispensers all working full of paper. I did tell the cashier that there was TP on the bathroom floor. She immediately called someone to attend to it. I give this place a 5 Star review due to the high customer volume in spite of the toilet paper on the floor. The cashiers were friendly and one staff member was dancing/enjoying her job of filling up dispensers for food. She made my day. VERY BUSY PLACE on this Sunday. Stopped here for fuel around 11:00 -11:45 a.m. and the pump i pulled up to was acting up. Horrible experience bc this has never, ever, ever happen to me where the clerk at the fuel desk said he couldn't cancel my transaction or move me from one pump to another pump bc the system was trying to read my quick q sticker in my truck which had it locked on his end smh ! What's even more crazy is that i fuel at this particular love's often, and this has never happen to me, so what could have possibly triggered this to happen to me this time ? hmmmm. He ended up calling the help desk, so i sat there at the pump for nearly 30 minutes trying to fuel. SMH read more

Bathrooms were a 4 stars but the convenience store was only about a 3. The women's bathrooms was clean with ample stalls and sinks, manual pump soap but automatic paper towel dispenser. The store part was kind of a wreck. Sticky floors by the fountain beverage machine, food on roller grills looked days old and inedible. We had a hard time finding any napkins as they were all empty. There was only one employee working the cash register and I counted 9 of us in line, plus there must have been 50 people in the store. The entrance/exit door was so dirty I used my foot to kick it open to let my girls and I out. But the kicker was my husband said, while the men's restroom was very clean- there was a FEMALE employee in there cleaning while they all had their Johns out using the urinals! Is that even legal!?! I about died laughing!! Great stop for quick fuel, as they had many pumps, store dirty and restrooms, well you decide. *Still laughing* read more

This Love's is pretty new. It wasn't there the last time that I ventured northward, which was only 4-5 months ago. I forget how long, but it was warm, so...months, at least. Squeaky clean, the gas pump situation is goofy, with lots of pumps crammed closely together. One of the better things is that big trucks use a completely different entrance and exit, unlike the Love's south of here, where getting out is a game of chance, because you are trying to shoehorn your vehicle in between ponderously slow-moving (yet very large) tractor trailers, all using the lone driveway. There are three options for eating (more than that if you opt for the roller grills in the store). There's the ubiquitous Subway, a Chester's Fried Chicken, and a Godfather's pizza. I hadn't seen a Godfather's in...maybe 30 years. Less chaotic than my usual pit stop across the exit at the Flying J. The parking lot over there is a public safety hazard. I had to drive a 1/4 mile farther, but I like a plethora of choices for road food and this Love's location has more than the Flying J. read more

I always stop at love's because the service station usually very clean bathrooms very clean. I was not disappointed today when I stopped. However I try to eat at Chester's chicken the chicken was old and hard the okra was old and hard the lady who served me was rude and ignorant and had very little customer service. Usually a great store, not sure if the rain had these people blind or what, but I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes with my money in hand trying to order subway cookies. One lady was putting pizzas in boxes, another lady was right in front of me rearranging the cookies and not once did she acknowledge me. Two guys order chicken, at the other end but had to pay where I was, so the manager tells the lady get them right quick so I can make her pizza which is me. My family and I were on a trip back home, and stopped to get a snack at the loves gas station. We ended up getting subway and chesters chicken. To start off the experience flies were EVERYWHERE in the little food court, it looked dirty and gross, but we were hungry. My Mom and I got chesters, 2 of the ordering screens were down, therefore it showed no meal options just individual foods. We started to order, the lady immediately said, The MeaL? we were like we didn't know y'all had meals lol. she gave us three tenders, 3 potato wedges, and an over buttered biscuit. then was mad because we asked for 2 meals instead of only 1. Then my Dad was at subway, he said they were also very rude, and they burned my boyfriends sandwich.
