I won't go into the gory details but, suffice it to say, that we broke down on the side of the road at 10:30 AM 83 miles from this Love's Truck Stop, but the tow truck did not pick us up until 9:30 PM (I'll be leaving a separate comment on that situation). We did not get to Love's until 1:00 AM! The first person to greet us at the repair facility was Dustin. He could not have been nicer! He was informative and explained everything that was going to happen. He looked at our problem and explained that, unfortunately, there was nothing he could do to solve our specific problem at 1:00 in the morning so it would have to wait his boss and another tech arrived at around 7:00 AM. He made sure we were safe and settled, and then wrote a detailed report to his boss and tech to review! In the morning I met with Kelby! He was actually nicer than Dustin (sorry Dustin!). He also explained what was the best way to solve our issue and promised that they would take care of us. Enter Tyler! Tyler is a young guy (not sure if he shaves yet) but talk about knowledge beyond his years! He went above and beyond the call of duty, which called for him to crawl under our unit 4 different times to make sure everything was fixed! I would have never guessed that people working in a Love's repair facility were friendly, helpful, experienced, and honest (emphasis on honest) but these three are! They are wonderful representatives of the Love's organization! We are completely satisfied and give Dustin, Kelby, and Tyler 6 out of 5 Stars!!!! read more

Honestly a great stop for family's and truckers. Even when your riding alone they have everything. Clean restrooms and always fast and ready for anything you need with trailers or cars. Great Gas Station wish they had them more in the west coast. read more

Happy to find a gas station to/ from Las Vegas from Phoenix with the same price for gas whether cash or credit. Clerk (Nina on receipt) working the register was very friendly, helpful and patient when we requested our gas receipt but couldn't remember which pump, only the dollar amount. read more

One of the last stops in Arizona before we cross over to the C A side. They have a large parking lot with large areas to pump gas. Hella dirty bathrooms. They must be so busy and hardly have time to clean. I felt so bad for the woman who was having to give herself an insulin shot in the bathroom. I would rather stand behind the building outside. Nice customer service. The girl behind the counter was very friendly. If I was a young hot girl I'd work at a busy truck stop to find myself a man to get me out of this town. There were so many people here. Tour buses of people were coming in and out constantly. It could just make your head spin. read more

Be very leery about filling up here. I was driving from NM to Tahoe for my sis's wedding and stopped here to gas up before driving into Cali with its astronomically high gas prices. I pumped a tank of 88 into my Hemi-powered Commander (required octane), grabbed a sandwich, and hit the road across the Mojave. As I was climbing each set of the upgrades between Needles and Barstow, I could feel my beloved Jeep pinging, jerking, and losing a little power. I'm a little surprised I didn't get an engine light or break down in the 110-degree heat. I made it to Barstow, filled up with new gas, and the problems went away. I'm thinking I was sold shit gas. It's a convenient on/off the freeway, but it isn't worth sacrificing your engine's internal pieces... read more

Road tripped from SoCal to Grand Canyon with some girlfriends. Went to the restroom then wanted to buy some souvenirs from Arizona. Got followed by a female clerk the whole time. Noticed me and my (black) friends were being followed by her the entire time we were in the store. Felt very crappy. Never stole or shoplifted in my life. Busy truck stop off interstate 40. Wish they went back to their old coffee as their new machines cant get decaf, hard to figure out and not customer friendly plys it seems not enforcing masks so lots of people maskless even though rate of positive cases in Kingman is over 30%. They can do better. Coffee used to ve my favorite til they got their updated machines now they are not. Need regular decaf not attached to the new machines. read more

On the road again, heading down to Tuscan and needed to stop, stretch the legs, get a drink and use the facilities. This place is clean had great snacks and little trinkets you can only find in these kinds of place. Recommend this place to anyone heading down I-40. read more

Mostly amazing people work here. Upper management may need a little help, as mainly I see amazing front-line staff working as hard as they can to keep the store presentable, deal with heavy traffic, including commercial drivers that are slobs and a bunch of whining travelers that have obviously been on the road too long; even when 1 staff member attempts to work diesel, gas and food while their team member rushes to get a quick break. If you stop here, keep on mind that most the staff have worked 10 days straight (no overtime - creative management techniques), work rotating shifts or have had less than 8 hours to rest between shifts. The place is hurting for decent workers, as you may have noticed by open interviews being held M-F, all day. Never met any racists that work here, but plenty of customers pull the race card when a cashier asks for ID for cigs or alcohol, the store is often quite busy but that is not the store or employee's fault, especially bc when they are busy, typically they are also under-staffed. Again, poor management which usually boils down to one or two people not being good at their jobs - oh and we are in the aftermath of a pandemic and there are not a lot of people in Kingman that would like to work long weeks, never know when their next day off is for barely a liveable wage. So, the heros here are the front-line staff and the management and horrible customers that throw their trash on the floors, urinate all over the floors, dump water bottles on the floors and waltz in acting like they are royalty expecting a staff member to drop everything they are doing to cater to them out-of-order are the real villains in this story. I am a commercial driver and this happens to be my first and last stop when I roll, so I know most the staff and many of the customers are crusty truckers that are too cheap to get a shower and muddy up the bathroom bc they have no respect, walk out without paying, shower while their truck is still blocking the bays and dump their trash and urine jugs in the parking lot, instead of a garbage bin and then complain bc they had to wait in line. Bottom line, the store needs a decent GM that knows how to show appreciation to his/her staff, give people liveable wages and schedules and learn how to manage a team of workers, versus trying to fill the store with warm bodies that only make it harder on the staff that are willing to work hard. Also, many of the customers are down right abusive, so better to start refusing service to drivers and customers that come in and start trouble, steal or make a huge mess unnecessarily. read more

I have stopped here well over a dozen times on my drive from Las Vegas to/from Phoenix. Love's has lot's of pumps and decent prices on gas. The store has lots of snacks and hot dogs and there is an attached restaurant. The restrooms were OK, and sometimes a little on the dirty side. The only down side is there are frequently beggars asking for gas. The have various sob stories they will give to get several gallons out of people gasing up. The people in the store don't seem to do anything to keep the beggars away. read more

I usually make a quick pit stop here because it's right as you get on I-40 coming off the Hwy 93 from Phoenix. I usually hate making the extra stop in Kingman, because of traffic unless I absolutely have to, on my way to Vegas. Get gas here if you can't make it to Kingman, or if you are going the other way back to Phoenix if you passed Kingman (as it is the one of the last stops before you get back on the 93) because it's cheaper than the next station. It's a truck stop too, so there are many amenities here. Lots of bathrooms, and pretty clean too! The attendants are very friendly and answer any questions you have. Nice spot to rest and stretch your legs if you need to. The store has everything. Food, souvenirs, blankets, car chargers/adapters, you name it. My son's a/c adapter broke on the way to Vegas, and we got one here. That saved me from hearing the "I'm bored & Are we there yet?" comments for another couple hours... All in all, I'll definitely be stopping by again on my travels to and from LV. Friendly service, convenient location, and clean facilities! read more

Stopped here to shower and rest as well as have a rear tire replaced. The shower is where it all started. It was filthy. Hair in the shower and on the counter. It had grease on the wall at the soap dispenser. Ventilation is an obvious problem as there was black mold showing through the cover up paint on the walls and ceiling. The bad service continued on when I went to the repair shop to have a rear tire put on the truck. I had the tire and wheel brand new just needed it installed. They advertise they do tires yet they do NOT do pickup trucks. The only pro to this location is the truck parking. There's plenty. read more

I love Love's!!!! It is the birth child of a QT and a Wal-Mart. They just have everything....you need a drink? They got it! You need a funny/trashy shirt? They got it! You need gas? They got! How about a random football? Yup, they got it! This Love's is a little ways before you get to Kingman coming from the valley and is just a cool spot to get gas or mill around. They also have a Subway inside here and a Chester's Chicken as well. If you have time stop in, check it out, and buy yourself a $7 trucker hat. read more

Not many gas stations around it and the few there are jack up the gas prices since they know supply is low. I recommend filling up here if taking a trip from Vegas to Phoenix and vice versa. Bathrooms are serviceable enough that I don't recall getting freaked out by them. Lots of knickknacks and souvenirs that you probably don't need but look enticing when in the middle of nowhere. My nephew enjoys the number of toy cars on display and my dad usually submits and buys one for him. Friendly staff and pretty much the most convenient place to get everything because there is nothing close around it. read more

Clean, good service, nice people, and good gas prices. This was the best place where we stopped between Denver & LA. The first thing that I noticed after pulling in were the new squeegees & clean, real window wash cleaning fluid, not the dirty water and worn out squeegees like some gas stations have. The bathrooms were as clean as you would want in your own home and were spacious and well organized. Stopped here for their RV services. Very nice clerks but the RV dump area was very dirty. Its already a nasty task and when the surrounding area is a mess it makes it even more disgusting when there is brown water everywhere and the hose for the Non- potable water is in the mess. There was a meth head stealing cough syrup as I was on my way to their bathrooms (which were clean) and she was gone by the time we left. First time truck driver, first stop was at Love's in Arizona. Thomas was the cashier he was so cool quiet but cool grab me a bite to eat and did not realize that I left my wallet somewhere around the facility. didn't realize it was gone until I was 300 miles out. So I called because fortunately I had the receipt still in my pocket. Thomas put my wallet away call the next day spoke with Kevin I was so happy that he agreed to have it shipped wherever I need it to to be picked up wasn't for sure where the nearest place at the time so I had to contact Chris the following day. Chris was amazing as well fortunately Kevin took the time sent it FedEx to Chicago and would you believe that whoever found the wallet and turned it in everything was still in their. Was on my way back from visiting friends in Texas and needed to use the restroom and get gas so stopped at Loves in Kingman. The employees were very friendly which isn't always the case at truck stops. I observed a customer who asked a employee Byron or Bryan was his name if they sold chain, the gentlemen went to see it seemed as if he was new, and after finding out they didn't he offered the customer a chain from his own truck, that's Love right there. The customer service was great, the store was clean and gas prices were competitive. This was my first time in a Loves but they have my vote next time I travel across country I will be sure to give them my business. read more
