First the bean and cheese burrito had hard brown cheese in it. The chili relleno had runny sauce with jalapeño on it. No consistency at this place. The burrito was half it's normal size with hard brown cheese in it. I took back the burrito and was told it was just burnt cheese. Told her I wanted money back. I was told they would give me half my money back as I ate half the burrito. I told them it only had 2 bites out of it. They told me again it was half a burrito but then they would give me $5.00 for a burrito I paid $7.28 plus tax. This place is a joke. Stay away from here as the food is not consistent and no check quality of food going out. Not worth time or money. I will never be back. read more

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times a week for lunch and dinner. The food has always been good but not great, more of a convenience than cooking at home. This evening we took my son and his wife for a quick dinner. We ordered as per usual and assumed that we would get what we ordered. Not a chance, the food was brought out and was not what was ordered. We told the waitress it was incorrect and she insisted we would have to pay more to get what we originally ordered and paid for. I can only assume that loosing my family's business was worth the price of correcting the order to make it right. We will not be back, they are not the only Mexican restaurant in town. What an amazing find! Best carnitas street tacos we've ever had.... They serve everything from light fare to a variety of Mexican plates. Also birria soup, shaved ice, aqua frescas in a wide range of flavors, and yummy tres leches cakes, cookies and other temptations! Back to the carnitas though...they offer a choice of toppings and are completed by the most tender and tasty sauteed onions I've ever had! Definitely not to be missed! My son has been in Kingman for the summer, when I came to visit him he insisted on bringing me here. We went and I was pleasantly surprised he found a cute little place like this. He ordered his usual ice cream cone and I ordered a vanilla licuado. We were both happy with our orders. After we paid my son wanted to sit at a table. We sat at a booth and I noticed our table was dirty, no big deal I wiped it. Then after sitting there longer we kept having to swat the flies around us. Then, I went to throw away napkins and the garbage can was filthy. The longer i stayed the dirtier the dining area looked. It wasn't peak hours and I noticed a lot of staff in the kitchen. With the amount of staff there, the dirty dining area was unacceptable. Thankfully I didn't take my 11 month old, we wouldn't have stayed long at all. I will definitely come here again because my son loves it and I liked my order.. but I would love the next time I come to see a nice clean dining area and to update this review. read more

(Review is from earlier in the year before covid-19 was everywhere) I wanted to try a new place in Kingman, and found this place on one of my drives. Despite looking like there's a drive thru, I don't think it actually exists. There was no menu on the outside and no one answering at the speaker. No one even looked out towards the window. This wasn't barred off though. Maybe it changed since I've been there, but that was the case earlier this year. I hope it changed! Drive thrus are awesome. So I parked and walked inside to wait in the line. When I got to the front, I ordered a chicken burrito and asada fries. The people were friendly behind the counter. I waited awhile for my order, but there were a few people ahead of me, so I wasn't worried about it. The chicken burrito was okay, but only had this chicken gravy mix inside with maybe rice and beans at the other end of the burrito? It wasn't like a burrito I've ever had at other Mexican places. Not sure if I would order it again. The asada fries were big and good. I'd definitely order this again. Once covid-19 is over and I pass by Kingman again, I'll try and stop back here and try again. read more

La Rosa De Michoacan sucks I had seen rave reviews of this place but I am really sorry we tried them. It started out good and went way downhill. I ordered two beef tacos. They were so tiny and bland. They were just some beef in a four inch tortilla The meat was kind of little cubes. They were okay. Then I went back up and ordered two more beef tacos and these two came out with different meat and I complained. They told me the first ones had a different kind of meat not beef. Well that was not my screw up, I made two orders and they screwed up one. 50-50 is not great record. Companion got a wet carnitas burrito and ended up throwing some of it away. I've been around many restaurants in many states, and I have to say that their wet burritos with green sauce are the best. If you go drive-thru, just ignore their intercom, which is not in use, and just drive straight to the window and place your order. read more

My husband and I had a recommendation this mexican restaurant was good so we decided to try it. My rolled tacos were so small covered in a avocado sauce with barely any filling. The sour cream was runny. Our food was cold. The beans had a dollop of cheese that didnt even melt. My husband had a two taco combo. The tortilla is a street taco corn hard shell with no meat at all. I have been here numerous times. Their food is yummy and authentic. Salsas are all homemade and delicious. However, the desserts are either a hit or a miss. I came here today and had a torta with some boba tea. I did not care for the boba tea at all. It was more of a milkshake with boba pearls at the bottom. The boba balls were all stuck together and really gross. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The boba was 7 dollars too, one of their most expensive drinks/desserts. Other then that, I would still recommend this place because of the yummy food, that is authentic. They have Mexican sweet bread, and lots of Mexican snacks and candy, as well. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food at an affordable price, you may want to stop here. I had the taco plate, which included soft corn tortilla tacos and some beans. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the beans were tasty. The place has plenty of seating and the ambiance is of casual dining. They have authentic Mexican drinks, including Horchata, a rice milk with cinnamon. Also, if you just want to bring the family for dessert, they have lots of ice cream, as well as frozen Mexican popsicles. I will return to this place and continue to explore their menu. Thanks for taking my order at 8:50 just before closing. You should note that the kitchen closes at 8:30 even though they close at nine. With that said the food is excellent. Sometimes there can be long waits to get your food. Everyone has bad days but you NEVER take it out on the customer. I usually love this place but not anymore. The young guy working there (the brother) was so rude today! He got mad because he asked if I wanted cheese on my birria tacos at first I said yes, but asked for only 1 without cheese.
