In my humble opinion: 2 stars Food in the Fast Lane The gentleman that started my order was soooo friendly, but he had to turn the counter over to carry an order (?) curbside. The person who took over repeated everything we said like they were announcing last boarding calls at a train station. We wanted a hot espresso coffee but the machine was O.O.O. (?) huh? An employees greets you as you walk through the door. That is a nice touch. I stopped to grab a drink from the shop machine. The area was clean, the machine worked fine. All good. One employee had a mask below her nose so that wasn't cool. read more

Went for a shower, I was next in line. Guy walked out of his shower, employee walked in 20 secs later my shower is ready. Really not the standards I am used to from loves. Do not get me wrong, I have stepped over blood before to get a shower in some back woods bar. I guess the other loves stores may have spoiled me with their cleanliness and dedication to cleaning. Hands down the most disgusting Love's Travel Stop I have ever set foot in. This place has signs staying men's restrooms are outside, not inside. Fast forward to the absolute worst port a potty situation I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Mardi Gras port a potty's aren't even this bad. Oh and the pump does not give you receipts. You have to go inside. Seems the theme here is "go fuck yourself", quite frankly. This place should be condemned. read more

Staff was not the brightest and wanted to give BS excuses on why they took 15 minutes to clean any shower after i told them there were Empty showers and they wanted to argue with me that they were all full after i already checked 10 minutes before explaining to them... then GOD DAMN! I got to the register and said to your employee "Hi, I just ordered 2 double cheese burgers but I am going to pay here at the register". Your employee said okay so did you order a fish fila? Huh? This is the busiest Love's in the state. Everyone inside is friendly, even with the pressure they're under. Don't stop here if you don't have time to wait for fuel. It's always backed up. The restrooms are closed right now and there's temporary facilities outside. read more

Love's is a standard along the highway, and I do like their coffee and other selections. However, this location seems mediocre and isn't as pleasant to visit as other locations. It's always crowded and the location itself seems 'messy'. I literally have had to move boxes of stock out of the way to get to the coffee counter to pour myself a cup of coffee. read more

Horrible place. Dirty. The women working here are too busy gossiping and flirting with each other when the bathrooms and showers need attention. As a truck driver waiting hours for a shower when none are even occupied is ridiculous. The app will say 5 showers available but that's not true. If the girls would update the shower queue it would be accurate. Laziest people I've ever seen. read more

My husband went in the subway in this Loves truck Stop and the cashier was very disrespectful to him and threw his change back to him she had no respect she better be glad I was in the truck cause I would had shown her some respect it was the cashier in subway and we spend lots of money in this all Loves Stops my husband is a truck driver and the manager needs to go back on camera and watch how disrespectful thier cashier really was we will not be back in this Loves Truck Stop I would not recommend no one to visit that subway read more

Mediocre experience. I didn't go inside the store or use the gas pumps, but it was a very crowded service station. Parking wasn't available in the front, so I had to use the side lot. I needed air in all of my tires, and the air pump was located right next to where vehicles turn, so I was worried every time a car passed that I/my car would be hit!! read more

The place to get a CB for your truck or car. Also, you can get two hot dogs for about $3. Best of all, great store to get your coffee. They have numerous brands and types of coffee to choose from. They have my favorite French vanilla cappachino. Now, as always, buy a loves cup and use it to refill at all Loves. This will save you money. read more

HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This by far is the worst Loves I've been too. Not the dirtiest but far the most disrespectful. Went in to ask for a shower and I got greeted with a, WHAT YOU WANT? By this small black lady with brown hair. So then after requesting my shower and getting my receipt. Seems that I was too quick in grabbing my receipt that now she goes on a all out tangent. Screaming on why did I snatch the f****** receipt out of her hand. That I was lucky she was at work lol. That's when I had enough and told her to shut your DUSTY a** up. I was wrong for that but I was appalled by what led to this situation so early in the morning. She then ran up to me and got in my face (waist) and said if I said one more thing she was going to punch me lol. Humorous coming from a 4'3 woman. Not exaggerating! Then her coworker idk if this was a guy or girl with dreadlocks command me to stop talking and they told me now I was going to have to wait hours for a shower. Regardless it was a horrific and disgusting experience that I hope nobody else has to go through. I've learned that you can't let people bring you down to their level because they hate their own life. Next time I'll try to learn to take the verbal assault and be the bigger person but as a hotshot driver, I'll never stop at this location again. Score is a negative 5 stars read more

Shower room didn't have a bench and sink was too small to place clothing and other items for changing. No safety latch for any unauthorized visitors accidentally entering. Clean store and organized inventory. Truck parking fills up pretty quick and alternative parking isn't widely available for drivers getting in after 5pm. read more

Love's is one the better truck stops that caters to both autos and trucks. They typically have a Subway, McDonald's or a Burger King attached to the store. I was traveling late at night and needed a quick bite to eat. I got two sausage dogs for $3.33. I chose the new spicy breakfast sausages and they were good, not too spicy. Just good quick grub for the road. Got the two dogs, used the restroom, filled up the car with gas, and got back on the road. read more

This by far the worst place to get diesel fuel their is! The employees will not ask the truckers to pull up so the person behind them can get fuel! Most of the truckers have no respect for the person behind them or in front of them waiting to get fuel! They don't have enough since to fuel up, pull up, and then go get their fuel ticket and food! My family and I travel frequently, this is by far the worst Love's we have ever stopped at. It has a subway and McDonald's inside. The subway is out of more toppings than they had available, and the sandwich I received was a sloppy mess. My husband and kids waited 25 minutes on chicken nuggets and fries and had to ask for happy meal toys. After 15 minutes of waiting and seeing other customers get their food, my husband asked about their order, and were given the response "oh, we are making it now." We will definitely bypass this love's on further trips! read more

I travel a good bit and visit many loves throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida and this was by far the dirtiest location I have visited. Trash on the ground in front of the building, on floor in the men's bathroom, trash can was over flowing in bathroom, and I had to walk inside to get my receipt because pump was out of paper. read more

Subway was super slow. Should have kept on the interstate and found a better place to eat. Sandwich was doughy and limp. No crust to speak of. Ham had an off taste. Loves is usually much better than this. If I were a trucker, I would find a better faster place to stop. read more

Good subs. Those spicy Italian flat bread subs at Subway are right on. I usually get one when I am on the go and need a quick lunch.
