My husband and I stopped in to grab some snacks while driving to a concert in Pennsylvania. We are very obvious city folk and have more of an alternate look, so sometimes we don't always get the nicest greetings. That was not the case at Love's! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and when it was time to check out, the cashier asked us where we're from and where we're going. He thanked us profusely for choosing Love's and reminded us to stop in again. You really don't find friendly people like that much anymore (especially those who deal with people ALL.DAY.LONG!) So, kudos to Love's for having friendly people who care about their customers :) The selection of products was what you'd expect from a large truck stop center. Prices were reasonable. Fresh grab and go items were indeed fresh and even rotated by date (FIFO, baybee.) I'll definitely stop back in next time I find myself driving through PA. read more

Employees are amazing and I feel bad that in the winter its freezing and this week its in the 90s and they have no air conditioning all I saw was a box fan . Its sad that Employees are supposed to just deal with it. I have been stopping there for some time to grab my coffee and snacks before work but you can't even breathe in there if you have breathing issues as I do in the heat. I love this place. I travel to Ohio at least once a month. I always stop here to fill up midway to where im going and back. They are always SUPER Kind, everything is always fresh. Of the major truckstops loves is consistently cleaner than the others. Not that they don't have issues but I do have to say they are consistently cleaner. They need to replace the soap that are in the showers because that foamy crap is just that. They do need to power wash the diesel islands better and more often because they get filthy quickly. Somethings are normal for truckstops but there are some attention to detail issues not enough to downgrade the rating though read more

For some great reason this Loves always treats me right, I already left a review a few months ago for another staff, now this one is for the tire shop staff Rick and Justin, they both were very outstanding and very funny and knew right away how to help me with my truck, they changed my tires and fixed my slinders fast and with amazing skills, they both were outstanding and I will 100% be returning to them for anything else I need for my truck, thank you so much for the fats service and for understanding me and for honestly taking care of me and my sister so fast. This isn't about the store so much as the management especially in the tire repair part. Don't dare get sick even if you have Dr note for day doesnt seem to matter to the boss.. if you work there even if it's one day cause if ya go back next day the boss will send you home. Go there to learn oil changes and tire repair but instead they make you clean up trash. They don't rotate employees. Seems if ya don't do it right the boss says he will fire you.. seems to be one sided. If he has attitude toward you then you are only one doing trash.. that's.really teaching you how to do the job you were hired in to do. Then move you to different shift on Friday call on Monday and terminate your job. This I believe is not a good way to manage bringing in new people. Not everyone wants to learn and those that do are the ones you don't want to teach.. to me this boss needs to be taught hes far from perfect and people cant control when they become sick.. read more

Today my boyfriend and I went in for a quick stop and the cashier rolled her eyes and grilled my boyfriend up & down. I felt disrespected what did he do to you to get that shitty attitude?! Answer-not a thing! Then the shower cleaning chick stood outside our bathroom door complaining about smells from their bathrooms. Clean them better than you won't have smells! And seriously it's a bathroom people fart shit and piss deal with it! Wow... I've never been greeted warmly before, entering a gas station. The bathrooms were impeccable... The cleanest restrooms I've ever seen in a gas station, ever. If you're travelling between I 75 and the Ohio turnpike, this is a great stop. Its everything you need in a rest area and even better. Easy to get to, the best prices on gas, groceries, good restaurants, big private restrooms, showers, plenty of parking, well lit, very clean. Friendly service too. Highly recommended!
