Not very useful and very lucky for us that the gas station across the road and a block further west - part of the grocery store - was still open. So we were able to get gas but not here and even though it seems like a truck stop that everybody loves, the one time we came here it wasn't convenient. They obviously missed it or willfully sold me a bad battery and they refused to compensate me for the new battery. Multiple attempts to the dealership with no return calls or texts. When we finally got one it was a, oh you can bring it in and we'll replace/fix but you'll have to pay for it .... Sigh....ok whatever. It's been about a month since we've had the car we purchased for our teen daughter and we've had nothing but issues with it now!! Emissions Coil had to be replaced, and apparently it was just stuck in there with clips broken. Spark Plugs had to be replaced. Also found that the emissions control hose was just duct taped together. How they seemed to not disclose or miss all this with any of their own work or inspections done is beyond me. Thank God my kid didn't leave for school just yet cause this lemon of a car just stalls at the drop of a hat!!! We've got to put a ton of work into it, so BEWARE when buying a used car off this lot!!! Get it checked out from a mechanic you trust before you buy!!! EDIT 7/19/24 The car still won't start or run, we've had it to our mechanic as well as to a Chevy dealer in Toledo and no one has any clue what's going on with it.... Knapp sent us a piece of $hit that we spent money on and just can't use, my daughter who's about to go off to college, now has no car!!! BEWARE!! Knapp can reach out to us if they want to help, but we're sure they won't, they knew what they sold us and didn't care!! This 2013 Chevy Cruze is a paperweight!!! Edit 7/26/24 This car has officially been in the shop longer than my daughter drove it ... Still no fix, we've had to put in 2K worth of work, for the car to be a dead paperweight!!! Thanks for killing our finances and killing the joy a kid had going to college with her own car!!! 7/29 Update We FINALLY have the car fixed thanks to Total Auto Care Toledo who had a slew of problems to go through, here's the final run down of what Knapp Chevrolet sold us .. Broken tab glued in connector going from the coil pack to the engine. Other end of the pigtail going to the Control Unit / Computer was aftermarket replacement that was wired in wrong Emission control house duct taped / electrical tapped together. They did have to reprogram the Body Control Module and The Computer. The computer ended up not being fired that's how the found out the other end of the connection was wired wrong and held together with clips.When they installed the new computer it still wouldn't start. So they put the original computer back in and rewired and soldered all the connections correctly the re programed everything!! The parts that where clipped in wrong where aftermarket because genuine parts are color coded ... The parts that where connected wrong had all white wires... The car is finally back up and running... If you buy a used car from Knapp take it to your own mechanic first to have it looked at, don't trust the sales guy, or their service department..

He left his $350 pair of sunglasses inside while he did paperwork. Excited about his purchase he didn't notice the missing glasses until he was on his way home. I'm sure there were a limited number of employees in the building at that time, but they have not been able to return his glasses or let us know if the culprit was ever caught.
