Nothing special will this stop except it is clean and was well lit. --Service/Staff-- Friendly staff and had the place well stocked. Staff was generous to let me get water for my pup. --Products/Service-- Standard Love's inventory which I enjoy stopping by because they are consistent. --Capacity-- Can hold 6-10 cars. I am unsure on the truck side, but plenty of space to get in and out. --Overall-- Good stop along the highway, no easy in and out, but still worth the stop. read more

Very small and limited truck parking available plus it fills up fast before the evening. The restrooms and showers at this location are clean. Employees are pretty laid back and chill. There is a McDonald restaurant inside this love's travel stop right off interstate 65 just north of Indianapolis. read more

Extremely awkward access, weird to wonder over and around making a very poor entrance and exit design that complicates it for large trucks having to wait longer on us cars but worth the effort for their fantastic loyalty perks giving ten cents back on each gallon with a decent price to begin with! read more

I'm at the loves on i74 west out of Indy on July 20th and DON'T stop here!!!! No bathrooms and no one here fixing it. No fountain soda even at Subway. Worst thing for me was, they sold us the sofa and then we found out they didn't have any. I told the manager, maybe share that info with the workers at subway and he threw a teenager under the bus, said he did tell them, but the mid-shifter must of not know-- well, bc you didn't write a note or tell them. I stop at this Love's each time I am in the Indy area. Currently this area is jacked up due to road construction and I hope this doesn't hurt their business because this is a nice gas station. Came here to simply get some gas, it's your normal Loves travel stop, it happens to have the healthy and expensive subway and the unhealthy and cheap McDonald's as it's other tenants Bathrooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Shelves are well stocked and organized as well. There's tons of parking, tons of gas pumps. It's got everything you would expect at your normal travel stop. read more

I usually don't have too many problems. the coffee is usually fresh the bathrooms are mostly clean all the time they got more variety now. improving much more at this location. of the subway is great. haven't had many sandwiches here recently passing through on i-65 the staff they have at the subway as a very well staffed one. read more

If you are traveling southbound on the highway, when you exit, you have to pass the stop on your left and go up a ways to the turn to enter the travel stop. At first it looks like it might be difficult to enter but it's not. Didn't purchase any food but the bathrooms were clean and the gas pumps worked well. Nothing to complain about. read more

There's a (white) girl working night shift with a nasty attitude. Gets upset at customer for asking where was the tea located. The store was very busy and she ignored guest that was ready to check out. She was walking around the store laughing and talking with a black guy, bumping into customers not saying excuse me, and also reaching over customers with dirty rags that she's using for every part of the counter. If you are going to come to this loves during night shift I recommend you use the fuel counter to check out next time or avoid coming around this time. read more

The service team here is fantastic! I had to pull over during the middle of a storm because my wife neglected to change her windshield wipers before our scheduled road trip. This stop services truck mainly but the staff were able to help me find the right size for a little Honda and helped me install them at the gas pump in the rain. Customer service at it's best!!! I always stop here on my way to Chicago but they exceeded every experience I've had thus far. Those guys really do deserve a shout out and some recognition! We left during the storm with perfectly working wipers and with my family in the car driving in the dark they help me feel safe and reach my destination safely. I will always be indebted. As far as places to stop for gas on a road trip, you can't do much better than here. Clean, well stocked and lots of conveniences for truckers and weary travelers alike. My wife and kids received great service/sandwiches at Subway while I had McDonald's french fries that were so good I ordered a second round for the road. I really love it when McDonald's nails the fries! The restrooms were clean with plenty of stalls and they have those new turbo hand dryers that get the job done in like 5 seconds. This place is lacking. It has a similar setup to the many Loves stops located all throughout Indiana but none of the outside pump payment options were working. Be prepared to go inside and know how much you would like to fill up. This can be a bummer especially if you don't know how much it will take to fill your car up to the exact amount. read more

Gas was super cheap thus the 2 stars. Went to 2 different pumps and finally was told to see cashier when they didn't work. Cold weather was making their machines not work, was the excuse. Had to prepay. I hate prepaying. Bathroom was raunchy. A single cashier + a fat stupid customer = I walk out without purchasing a drink.
