I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The cost of the car wash is already high, and for $39.99, it is unreasonable for staff to be unwilling or inconsistent about properly spraying the vehicle before it goes through the wash. Even when I ask, only one side of the car is sprayed--often not the back at all. This is now the second complaint I've had about this exact issue at this location. At this point, it's not an isolated incident; it's a recurring problem. It's winter, when salt buildup is already a major concern. Between the high prices and incomplete service, I'm leaving with salt still on my vehicle after paying for what should be a thorough wash. That is unacceptable. This level of service does not match the price point, and this location seriously needs to do better. (Edit) To be completely honest I understand going in twice to get the salt off but why do i have to feel like a burden by asking to spray the car? It takes 10 seconds to do that and it wasn't that busy at the time I drove my car through the car wash. So to even say it depends on how busy we are if we can get to it. Worst service I've ever received still have bugs on the windshield went through three times was told I need to roll down the window and tell them where it is when I was pointing at it on my third time going through Mac was the one who came out and told me that I need to roll down my window to communicate to them well I figured after the third time through pointing and then rolling down the window it would get taken care of, but it doesn't I had a $40 a month charge I canceled that I will no longer be going there. A little bit awkward to get to and best reached going southbound on Allisionville road but you can turn left into if going northbound on Allisonville road. Seems like they updated their washing method, there's now an additional gate that sprays your car and the jets inside the wash seem stronger. I think the signs they're using is a great idea because it can be hard to hear them if you're windows are rolled up. Never had a bad experience at Crew Carwashes. read more

Took my new 2021 Chevy Trailboss in, I live close by and I knew they do a monthly subscription so I was going to go try them out and see how well it looked. I went through I got the 20$ ultimate wash. It looked okay after. Got most of the dirty spots but honestly the heat dry after was pretty useless. After a wash I always rub down my vehicles. Upon rubbing down my truck there are scratches and chipped paint on the grill/bumper. Not satisfied at all and I'm not even one to complain or be dissatisfied, but when you spend all this money on a vehicle to have a car wash mess it up it's pretty upsetting. read more

The car wash is good. The up selling can be a bit much when they continually ask to add something - "you have a great finish on that car, would you like to protect it?" I say no thank you, and they leave it alone. (What I would like to say is, "my car looks like my toddlers took a rake down the side of it - what do you mean I have a great finish?") The people are always pleasant and seem to care about safety - for customers, employees and vehicles. I would suggest getting a book if you are going to use the wash multiple times - you'll get 1 or 2 free washes out of it! read more

Do not take a brand new car to Crew Carwash. They will make it worse than it is original condition. I took my brand new 2022 Mercedes to crew carwash and after the carwash there were scratches at the hood, dirty spots on the bumper and gum on the wheels. They use dirty and unclean water to wash the cars. They do not take responsibility for their work . read more

Just curious why don't they spray the front of the cars or guide you on the tracks safely why were the mirrors taken down? As an unlimited customer I hate that I've lost those minute perks! This location on the northwest corner of 82nd and Allisonville did a great job on my car today. It was not packed, and Nick the manager and Conner(?) went above and beyond to help me out. My tires/wheel wells/ side of car got splashed in yellow road paint a few days ago in a parking lot that didn't have wet paint signs up! Huge bummer. Word to the wise, get that stuff off STAT! It hardens further with time. I did the sprays, vaseline method, etc over the last few days. It was about 50% off and needed a good power spray down before I worked on it again at home. They really took the time to go above and beyond and repeatedly sprayed their own Road Paint remover in the wheel wells and power washed it for 15min before I went through the automatic car wash for an Ultimate. I always use Crew Carwash but today they exceeded in customer service. I was driving behind a city bus that was spitting out oil. It got all over my white truck. I told the girl who was taking payments what happened. She had her manager come out and watch over my truck as it went through the wash. The decline of service at this location (and others) since the Mike's/Crew split is really unfortunate. I have been washing my car in the self-service bays at this location since I moved to this area five years ago, but I cannot spend my money here when poorly maintained equipment prevents me from giving my car a decent wash. The last time I visited, the presoak was empty/not working. Today, it was the grime remover. After completing the full wash cycle and finding my car a streaky mess of soap residue, I ran a second wash cycle and re-did the power rinse. This made no difference. I brought this to the attention of an employee who could only say that "it's a self serve bay" as though that somehow means they aren't required to provide equipment that is in proper working order. I asked to speak to the manager- Sean- who was ruder than the first employee I approached. He did not say hello, offered no apology, told me I was not washing the car properly, and offered to have someone "show me how to to wash" the car I've been hand washing at this location for three years. I told him that I'd already ran a second wash cycle at my own expense, and that I wanted a refund so I could wash it elsewhere. This was not permissible to Sean, who finally uttered "sorry" when he declined my refund. I grew up in Fort Wayne and have been a Mike's customer since I bought my first car twenty years ago. Unfortunately, this is the third incident of poor service I've experienced at Crew locations since this summer, and in light of these ongoing issues it's time for me to find a new car wash. read more

I asked for the discount, no one was behind me and he just gave the discount to 3 cars in front of me while I waited. He said it ended at 9:00am. (It was 9:05am, technically..yes) I asked him why he didn't turn the sign around at 9:00? He screwed your company out of the car wash cost because your employee doesn't understand the advertisement was still up and posted. We have repeatedly experienced horrible customer service at this location. One time the carwash stopped for 5min while the spinning scrubbers continued to spin on our car. In the same spot. For five minutes. We were naturally concerned about the finish on our car because the scrubbers aren't built to scrub the same spot continuously. The person working that day took a 2 second look at our car, didn't apologize or offer anything to help resolve our concern and flippantly said, "Your finish looks fine to me," and sent us on our way. We have also had to replace our unlimited wash pass because they weren't able to scan it and they were very rude/harsh. They treated us like it was our fault they couldn't scan the pass.
