I had a little frosting on passenger seat, which I knew came off with a damp towel, but decided to have everything done instead of cleaning it myself. Came outside, and tipped $10 because I ignorantly assumed minimal competence. I was wrong. Frosting still on seat and other small smudges on armrest still there. I didn't choose to take it back as I don't trust the company to hire capable workers. This was the LAZIEST work I've seen and at $10/hr... whoever worked on my car would be overpaid.

I prefer to only leave positive comments for businesses on yelp however, this is not OK. I will be switching to Crew across the street. I remained so long because I figured they were going through transition and I wanted to be gracious but this has become unacceptable and not showing improvement on working equipment, having the car wash open during operating hours, friendly customer service, and actually getting the car clean.

I filled the car and opted for the Delux wash for five bucks. Then I had to go inside for the reciept. That was kinda irritating but OK. Went in and got the receipt since I needed the carwash code. Pulled up to the carwash put in my code and the door opened. I pulled in and pulled up till the digital sign told me to stop. Just as the car wash started up a guy got up out of the corner and moved to the other side of the wash. I was kinda startled. The auto wash proceded and just as it finished I saw another person moving in the corner. Really freaked me out. I don't know if the cashiers inside know these guys are seeking shelter in the car wash or not. It's not safe for them and not safe for people going thru the wash. I hope they address it.
