We called several RV repair places and didn't get a single call back. Meanwhile, I'm sitting there thinking about frozen pipes and a ruined weekend. Then we called Badger Canyon RV -- and they dispatched Justin immediately. He was at our door within 15 minutes. FIFTEEN. Not only did he fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what happened, gave us helpful maintenance tips, and made sure everything was running safely before he left. He was professional, knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely kind. Because of Justin, what could have turned into a freezing, stressful mess turned back into a warm, romantic Valentine's weekend. I purchased two motorcycle tires to be replaced, then was referred to the service department. I was told that if I brought the motorcycle in, that changing the tires (that I had purchased from them) would cost $304.00 If I took the tires off, it would cost $50.00 per tire plus a $10.00/tire disposal fee unless I wanted to keep the old tires. This seemed a bit high, but not as crazy as $304 so I went home and spent 10 minutes removing the tires. Disappointing and amazing that they wanted $100 each to take the bolt off and remove the tire. I was told they would call me when the tires were ready. I was not contacted by them, so nearly a week later I called and the tires were ready. When I picked them up, I was also charged for two new tubes that I did not ask for so the total cost of having them put the two tires on that I had already bought from them with tax was about $145.00. Very sad to see this shop turn to these tactics. At one time they were a nice place to get service. I think they must have new owners. I upped this rating to a 2 because in all fairness the parts dept seemed decent and did call me when my tires had arrived. I have not worked with the sales department so I cannot comment on that part of the business. The problem is with the service department.

It was the making of a nightmare situation as more and more problems were revealed with my car but they were so great in working with me and keeping me updated. The best was that I was able to tell them my budget and they worked so hard to get my car up and running for the price I set. Having my car break down could have been devastating but the wonderful people at BMW made it bearable. I will definitely be going back.

The salesman by the named Miguel Reyna, without my verbal or written consent, he proceeded to run my credit report. At no point did I authorize a credit inquiry. This action is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer trust and potentially unlawful under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He took my personal information/ social security that BMW has (I have purchased several BMW in the past) I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead was left feeling disrespected and concerned about how my personal information was handled. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication when making such an important financial decision, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when working with this dealership.

Hello everyone, I'm a full time traveler in my 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. When I need maintenance…read moreit's usually a case of pick the closest dealership and most of the time it works out. Recently, disaster. Recalls had service departments flooded, and therefore months out for just a service. I just hit the phone book working my way outwards from my location. When I called Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities, I got a completely different response. "Yes, we can get you in for service!" They essentially have a specific workforce set aside for regularly scheduled maintenance, which allowed me to get into this small scale dealership with only one lift that can handle my rig the next day. On top of that Tyler Richter did everything he could to help me out. He even worked very hard for me to get a warranty issue fixed at their location. In my opinion Mercedes failed to fulfill their coverage promises on a mileage technicality when the failure happened well before the allotted mileage and was documented at another location. Instead of leaving me with a broken item or paying out of pocket, MB of Tri-Cities took care of me. Learn my lesson and get warranty issues fixed before the warranty runs out, they can't do that for everyone! It wasn't a particularly expensive fix for a Mercedes, but in my opinion what's a small loss in the name of potential lifetime brand loyalty? Put simply, MB of Tri-Cities was there for me when I needed them. They treated me like a local who would come back over and over again, and they saved me $ when it wasn't anywhere near their responsibility. Not impressed and feel like Mercedes-Benz dealership has been a scam. I came in originally because I knew one of my air struts was going out or had a leak on the left side, which I expected was the front left. After doing a water spray test on all 4 sides, they said 1 out of the 4 had a leak (back right), which was the OEM model, and the other ones were aftermarket, which were doing "good," says the service department. $1,400 also discovered a leak from my power steering reservoir, another $2-300 part online (I could see where the problem was wasn't an issue, decided I could do that myself). I approved the one air strut fix also. While fixing that, they discovered another problem which was over $5,000 fix (power steering rack and pinion $6-800 part OEM, by the way, not counting labor). When I came to pick up my vehicle after the diagnostic, I noticed scratch marks on my vehicle and parts of my protective trim missing from my windows, guessing power washed too close or hand washed too hard, and when I discussed this, they told me someone would be in touch. I never received a phone call. I waited originally to see if I could put that part in myself but didn't have the time working 6 days a week, decided to let them go ahead with proceeding. After 4 days, I didn't hear anything back about the part coming in, so I gave a phone call in, and it seems like they haven't even ordered the part after 4-5 days, so I drop my vehicle off to get the repair and also ask about the damage on my vehicle and proceed to tell me that sometimes those things can happen with the protective trim parts but with no resolution to what they could do to make anything right. Now I got my vehicle back. A day later, I noticed my car running a little off but didn't think much of it because it's just been fixed, right ? Haven't been driving it around town much, just here and there to work, and then I notice it's getting worse and get out my car to find my car still leaning hard on the left side. I bring it back in less than a week being out of the service shop and find that the front left air strut is leaking, which is what I originally thought it would be, so they send me out another quote of over $ 5,500 to fix the remaining three so the issue doesn't happen again. Overall, I have not been getting what I thought would be top-line service taking it into the Mercedes dealership compared to other shops around town. I don't recommend anyone taking their vehicle into this dealership based on my experience now. After further review, I didn't have to replace my whole back right strut; it's a separate component and only needed to replace the bag. The only time you have to replace the bag and strut is when it's in the front of the vehicle. Real scam artists that are used to taking people's money. Don't ever take your vehicle into the Mercedes dealership in Tri-Cities, Washington, and still, after a month, no resolution to the damages that were done to my car. As a customer, it seems to me like they don't really care.
