We ended up choosing a couch from the Essential Collection with gel seats, and it is unreal. The fabric selection process was effortless, and we customized it in the Snow color with the Hilltop pattern no stress, no confusion, just fun. The best part? Zero issues. It's washable! Our custom couch was ready in just two weeks, and it exceeded every expectation. The quality, comfort, and modern organic style feel like something you'd find at a high-end store for a fraction of the price. Against my better judgment, I walked into this place, looking for a kitchen table and a sofa table with stools. I ended up buying a kitchen table that I liked, and I also liked a sofa table that they did not have in stock at the time. The gentleman ordered it for me and said it would be shipped out to the store and they would call me once it was ready for pick up. We went around back, picked up my kitchen table loaded it on my truck and drove home. I waited a few days for the sofa table. No big deal. They called me and told me it was ready so I show up and there's a box waiting for me in the rear of the building. I explained to them that I did not know it was going to be in a box otherwise I would not have ordered it at all. There is a tall black gentleman with braids in the front of the store, was extremely rude. He jumped at the chance to tell me... "You signed for it. There ain't no returns. Everything is a final sale here. You should read what you sign for" (which I agree) but the attitude I could have done without. First of all, no one was even talking to him. He did not greet me. He saw me at the front door and walked right past me like I wasn't there & didn't bother with me. (Yes I looked a mess) but that's no excuse. It looks like he's just ready to argue with whoever walks in the door. He's been working there for a very long time so I'm sure they won't be getting rid of him anytime soon, but I think people should know what they're dealing with at this location. So I walked back into the store and asked them if there was an extra charge for the build. There was a woman that said we don't usually build anything, but we will do this one time as a courtesy. I really do appreciate that the woman was actually helping... but that was only after I called the customer service line. I had many people tell me they were unsatisfied at the store, and I still went against my better judgment and walked in. Shame on me, it won't happen again. Next time, give people all the information and let them know that they will have to build it themselves when they get home. I could've went to IKEA if I wanted to build my own furniture. Sad.

The bed was purchased based solely on a photo--there was no floor model or display to view in person. When the bed was delivered, it looked significantly smaller and much lower quality than what was represented. We realized right away it wasn't going to work for our space. We immediately tried to resolve this reasonably. We called several times, spoke to multiple employees and managers, and were repeatedly told that "the manager would call us back." That never happened. We went into the store in person, explained the situation again, and were told that while nothing was promised, an exchange might be possible. We left our information and waited. No follow-up. We then sent an email outlining everything clearly and respectfully -- and received no response at all. At no point was there an actual attempt to help us, communicate clearly, or offer a solution. Even if a store has a strict no-return policy, there should be some flexibility or customer care when an item is purchased sight-unseen and clearly does not match expectations. What made this even more frustrating is that we ultimately found a better-quality bed, for less money, with excellent customer service through Amazon. The difference in responsiveness, ease, and overall experience was night and day. We want to support local businesses, but we are not a charity. Customer service matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed us that our business and time were not valued. We will not be shopping here again and do not recommend this store to others.

If an item isn't available for purchase, it needs to be clearly labeled as "Display Only" or "Not for Sale." Customers shouldn't have to wait until checkout to find that out. The store has great potential, but today's experience felt disorganized and could have been avoided with better labeling and staffing.

My partner and I toured the showroom and Randy jumped on the opportunity to help us. He said he would let us check out the bedroom furniture sets, but instead about every other bed he stopped us to tell us how great each set was. Pushy salespeople don't really bother me because I was planning to purchase something any way given my positive experience in the past. Once my partner and I decided on a bed frame, mattress, and two night stands, Randy talked up a big game about how he was going to give us such a good discount but we would have to pay sales tax instead of the current promotion. When I did the math, it didn't seem to be that much of a difference. We spent a pretty penny on our order, and he said we could get the furniture delivered the next weekend but we'd have to pay the delivery company $150 since it was a third party company. The furniture came on time, we paid the delivery company and when I went to look at the furniture, it did not appear to be in the same condition as the store. My footboard had a giant chunk of the corner melted off, and the nightstand's instructions were torn off inside of the drawers - almost like a cat got into it. Additionally, there were markings throughout all pieces of the furniture that looked like a machine got to it before it was painted and finished. We immediately called Randy and of course, no answer. We called A Royal Suite - it went to voicemail. We went into the showroom and a man gave us Lissa's email and "guaranteed" she would make it right. I emailed Lissa that same day (it was a weekend), and the first business day she promptly responded that the markings were called "distress marks" and there's nothing she can do it about it, but the manufacturer was willing to replace the melted corner footboard, as well as one of the nightstands. Quite frankly - this sucked. Their invoices clearly state all sales are final, and there were to be no refunds. So I'm pretty much out of luck with ugly furniture and there's nothing I can do. We didn't notice the "distressing marks" on the floor model, but when the replacement nightstand and footboard came in they also had those distressed marks. So it's on us for not inspecting it better. It's also interesting to note that the delivery people for the replacement set had A Royal Suite shirts on, so I'm not sure if they actually do outsource to a third party for delivery, or if the company just sent them for the replacement. I put so much trust into A Royal Suite from my first experience, that I was confident I wouldn't need to return anything. Unfortunately, we are out the money, and it will be quite embarrassing to show our guests the furniture that looks like we bought it used. Next time, I'm going to stick with Living Spaces because at least they have a return policy. I'll give them two stars though for the friendly delivery people who allowed me to inspect the replacement furniture prior to assembling it, as well as Lissa's prompt responses.

Silly dog shredded the skirt of my slipcover and Faviola was able to find/match the fabric and replace just the skirt. Totally washable slipcover, super comfy sofa was new again. Fast forward, sofa cushions got tired, cover still lovely, so Faviola and team refilled my cushions, made the cushions like new again. Fast forward to this past visit.... dog again... shredded too much, so we had a whole new slipcover for my 20 year sofa and it's fantastic!! Faviola is a great careful, communicator. I always know what I'm getting and what the price will be.

Apparently their so-called "Goof Proof" coverage doesn't actually cover the product deteriorating under normal use, which is absurd. To make matters worse, multiple stores and sales associates repeatedly claimed that the sofa was "leather everywhere the body touches." That is a complete lie. If that were true, it wouldn't already be peeling and deteriorating this quickly under normal use. Customers are clearly being misled about the actual materials used in these products. Their service process is just as bad as the furniture quality. If you report that something is making noise, they don't actually troubleshoot or investigate the issue. Unless the furniture is literally falling apart in front of them, they look for every excuse possible to deny coverage. The biggest red flag? Multiple sales associates openly suggested exaggerating or lying about when damage occurred just to get a claim approved. Think about that for a second, their own employees know the warranty process is designed to deny legitimate claims, so they coach customers on how to manipulate the system. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this business operates. They are more interested in selling overpriced protection plans than standing behind the quality of the furniture they sell. Once they have your money, customer service disappears and accountability goes with it. Avoid this store unless you enjoy paying premium prices for cheaply made furniture, misleading sales tactics, and warranty coverage that appears designed to protect the company,not the customer.

Breathtakingly beautiful product but service that makes you wonder how they can possibly stay in business. Bought a front door from them. Told them we wanted what was depicted on the website. A nice distressed look for an old-school Spanish colonial home we are building. What showed up was like a commercial-grade door that looked nothing like what was on the website. When we asked them (nicely) to make changes so that it mirrored what was on the site, they told us it would cost more money. Total extortionists. And then they beat the crap out of the door, totally overdoing it on the distress as if to punish us. I'm warning you: These people are the worst. Not worth the trouble. Don't be romanced by their clear design talent. They're bad, bad people.
