Beginning of December 2022: Sears Warranty promised a new replacement microwave in 2 to 3 weeks. 5 weeks later Temco Logistics finally calls to set an appointment. 1st APPOINTMENT: Appointment between 1 pm and 4 pm. The service tech calls approximately 5:30 pm saying he hadn't eaten lunch; therefore, he's canceling and he'll have "the lady" call in the morning and set up a new appointment. 2nd APPOINTMENT: No call for almost 2 weeks 3rd APPOINTMENT: Appointment between 10 am and 2 pm. Just before 6 pm, I received a call from a female TemCo employee stating they were canceling and needed to reschedule. Set an appointment for the following Tues. 4th APPOINTMENT: Monday Lee called confirming the installer will arrive between 2 pm and 6 pm 5th APPOINTMENT: Monday I hour later a male employee from TemCo called confirming the installer will arrive between 1 pm and 5 pm. I explained Lee had already confirmed an appointment for 2 pm and 6 pm, so which is it? Man would have to had to call back as unbeknownst to him, apparently, I was scheduled twice for the same day with two different installers. I told him this was unacceptable between the canceling, not returning calls, and double-booking, He became rude and huffy, telling me to call and reschedule for another day. I told him in no uncertain terms "I don't work for your company; you're not paying me to do your job". He was not nice, but by then, neither was I. 6th APPOINTMENT: Installer Antonio called assuring me he'd be arriving "absolutely" no later than 5:30 pm even though the appointment was set for the 1 pm to 5 pm window. 7th APPOINTMENT: Antonio called at 5:30 stating he running late and won't arrive for another 40 minutes. 8th APPOINTMENT: 6:13 pm ANTONIO and ERIC ARRIVED!!! Super nice and extremely efficient young men. They are the ONLY redeeming value Temco Logistics has to their name. Eric told me if they'd been apprised of the trouble I'd had with their business office they would have made sure I was the 1st install of the day. ***** PS... It's like I have a brand new washer and dryer…read more I've never had them professionally cleaned or maintenance. They've never had any issues working, since they aren't that old . But I did notice the buildup and the smell I could not get to go away no matter how much I cleaned the washing machine. We have a bunch of dogs and obviously the pet hair adds more to the issue. So I definitely think I'll be doing the service once a year because I noticed a huge difference in how my machine machines are working now and the odor is completely gone. Are stacked washer and dryer to be serviced and professionally cleaned was $450, they did give us a $50 discount, which is nice. Not a lot of places offer the service and they did a great job.

When I was looking on Yelp originally I was looking at recommended companies based on my search for appliance repair while creating a project. The Valencia company profile is the one that I saw. The reviews were excellent. And the company was the nicest of the other three that I reached out to. They were very upfront with there is a $65 fee just to come out and take a look. The gentleman who arrived was extremely nice, very personable. But that can also work against you as a customer. I was in the middle of work. And at the same time, my sons were all coming home. So I'm a busy mom. I don't have time to babysit when I have an expert come out to repair something in my home. And I also don't have time to have to side eye someone and make sure they're not taking advantage of me. And low-key throughout this entire visit I felt that. When he walks in my home how nice my home is and notably cool it was inside compared to the scorch of summer outside. Appreciated but that convo rolled into mention of my AC bill being expensive/high. Of course it is. That's a second assessment (to me) of what price range he's looking to put me in. From the gate, he went on to tell me how I have the BMW of dryers. That off the rip let me know that I'd already been assessed. My thought, how is this the BMW of dryers when it's as old as a 2006 per the receipt. I didn't want to even tell this gentleman that I have a whole business surrounding appliance installation and delivery.. I kept it to myself. He talks so fast and with a heavy accent when it comes to explaining to me what's wrong with the dryer. But when it came down to him explaining to me thoroughly and clearly what was wrong with my dryer, I was left uncertain of what was wrong (it wasn't clear) and anxious. He took the dryer apart. The dryer did not have a power issue at all. But I saw him take a small fuse to start my dryer up (or check a current). The dryer didn't have a problem with the drum. My dryer's issue was that it was no longer producing heat. The gentleman points to an area of the dryer (once it's opened) and told me that it was broken. And that he was gonna charge me I believe the original price may have been 500 something. He came down from that to 450. I immediately felt ripped off. Then he goes into telling me how I need to keep my lint trap clean. Mind you. I'm a person who grew up with a very strict parent who would punish me if I did not have that lint trap cleaned. So my traumas ensure that that lint trap does not get crazy and it was not crazy when he came. We were in disbelief that the dryer wasn't drying so we just kept running it over and over again so the little bit of lint that was in the trap had zero to do with why the dryer was not drying. Again, another point I did not feel it necessary to have to explain at that point ( to me ) he was just trying to find reason to pile up more fees. Now here I am looking at my receipt. He charged me $50 for a cleaning charge?!! I did not ask him to clean a doggon thing! His service fee alone was $350!! The part, he charged me $50, which I'm also gonna post a picture of how much the part cost in fairness. The part OEM is no more than $70. $70 plus the $65 fee to come out plus a service fee and tax would have been acceptable. Not $450 and he didn't even leave the broken part. Definitely do your research prior to. And be sure you're paying attention when the service team is there otherwise you will get GOT.

The total quality service and time explaining all aspects of our new product by Ricardo were superior to anything we have received in the past. He arrived on time, diagnosed that the main board had failed, and ordered a replacement part. Two days later, Sam came back without me needing to follow up, replaced the board, and our refrigerator was working perfectly again.
