The sales sales person was informed we were there to make our choice between 2 that we had previously tried. When trying to relax on the mattresses the sales person kept asking questions and we could not relax and felt very pushed. When informed again that we just need time to lay on the mattresses the person continued. We left angry as we really wanted space to relax while making our final decision. Left the store very frustrated and will not be back.

After 6 mo the tables showed signs of warping in the wood. We also had weird spots start showing up on the top of the sideboard (it was always covered with a piece of custom glass). Mike the store manager was so understanding and helpful and let me exchange it for a different piece (we did have the extended warranty). Then, we went back and bought another table for our kitchen.We purchased the Oliver. Once it was delivered, it just didn't look right in our kitchen. And when we fully extended it with the leaf, there was large gap in the middle and it was very noticeable.We went into this store within two days and stated we would like to exchange it for something else. Sam was obliged to do so, although we were told we had to pay a 20% stocking fee. We did end up exchanging for a different table at scandinavian design, but we did end up having to pay a $300 restocking fee. Seems excessive especially if you're exchanging becuase of a product your not satisfied with. So my advice is to make sure you ask them to open it if there's a leaf and really, really pay attention to the quality before you bring it home. We will still continue to buy from there.Although I will pay more attention to those aspects.

I think the customer service is good - when you first order, you get to have an hour-long conversation with one of the consultants to discuss recipes and how to use the cookware. Knew that it would take that long going into the purchase. Garage delivered today. The box with the footboard and pull out drawers looked pretty rough and it had been re-taped. Upon opening, the wood frame was busted up in one corner. I called customer service and received zero sympathy. Not even close to a "Sorry to hear." Their warranty department will call in 2-5 days to figure out the replacement. So there the oversized box will sit in our garage taking up a car space. And we will sleep on a mattress on the floor until the replacement comes. I will update this post even they show even the slightest amount of care, or offer to put it together or something. Some manner of improving a customer experience.
