Positives: * I was happy to not have had to drive to Bloomington to find my chairs at IKEA. * What I bought at Bob's does look nice and is comfortable. * When I called to schedule and explained that the web link did not work, they had me just go to the store to pick it up without an appointment, which worked out fine. Negatives: * I wish I hadn't had to wait a week to pick up my order at the store. * The sales rep said that they'd call when I could schedule a pickup, but they sent an email instead. * The order lookup on their site did not work. Once received: * I was missing a washer (fortunately, I had spares!) * One piece showed gouges from a drill (fortunately on the underside). * The L and R stickers left a nasty residue that took "Goo Be Gone" to remove. * Some of the chair leg bottoms showed significant wear, as if it had been previously assembled and then disassembled. * The styrofoam dust was inside even the plastic wrapped pieces. * The included instructions were somewhat vague, even by IKEA standards. * The 4 Allyn keys provided started to strip. I wound up using a spare key from an old Office Depot purchase. * All 4 chairs had significant wobbles until I replaced some of the pads with ones from Home Depot to level them. TLDR; The chairs look nice, but I felt like I had gone through too much trouble to get them to where I could use them. Next time, I'd try to find something similar at IKEA.

Mattresses are made locally, sold through local shops, so the prices are a little lower even though you have all the options. Less than two weeks from custom order to delivery in your home. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. They even helped me order my mattress online right there and helped me get the best possible deal, which I wouldn't have gotten had I ordered it myself at home. I ordered a queen-sized Helix Midnight Luxe and they made sure I got the bedding bundle with my order, which included a mattress protector, a full set of sheets, and 2 pillows. I received an email confirmation almost immediately. The process truly took less than a half an hour, from the time I walked in the door to the time I was walking out. They have free parking shared with the gym next door on the corner of Aldrich & 26th, plus lots of free street parking nearby. I placed my order in the showroom on a Monday and my mattress along with its accoutrements was delivered on Sunday! Only 6 DAYS. Awesome. So far, I am loving my Helix Midnight Luxe and I'm grateful that the Online Mattress Showroom in Minneapolis was there to help simplify the process. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Therapedic Cadence mattress and it hurt my back every night. It is impossible to know how 8 hours of sleep on a mattress will feel after testing it out in the store for 10 minutes. Having no return policy is a non-starter for this type of business. This is why places in the same Apple Valley area like Mattress Firm, Becker Mattress, and Sleep Number ALL have return policies. It's not worth the risk to buy from this store.

I also am comfortable vouching for the longevity of these mattresses. I bought a mattress from here 8 years ago that is still holding up great, I just want a bigger size now. Service was also solid. Since this is a local business I feel like they honor customer satisfaction higher, plus it feels good supporting local. One of those factories is actually right here in the twin cities, so it felt like I was supporting a local operation. Anyways, after laying down turning over and bouncing around on a number of mattresses we went with and adjustable orthopedic. It's being made at the factory without the adjustable part since we don't have an adjustable bed. Feels kind of like a custom mattress. The experience was awesome. Tom Sparks is a really nice guy and made the entire process very easy and pressure free. It helped that we were the only people in the store but I appreciated his input and encouraging us to try a lot of different options.
