R&B has essentially decided to end that relationship over an $800 purchase of picture frames that they never delivered. Here's how it went down: In late December, we ordered $800 of photo frames and received an expected availability date of 4 March - 8 March from R&B. Based on their estimate, we planned a trip overseas for early February. On February 6th, with no advanced notice from R&B, we were advised by UPS that the frames had shipped, 2 days before we were scheduled to leave the US. Not wanting my frames to sit on my front porch in the snow for 3 or 4 days, I requested that R&B inform UPS to hold the delivery. That didn't happen. Instead, R&B recalled the order and set up a delivery for March 3rd, again without informing me. When I returned to the US and discovered what they had done, I gave R&B 2 business days to either get the order into UPS' hands or to refund my money. Guess which they chose? R&B essentially helped themselves to an $800, 6 week, loan and in the end, were too lazy to even bother shipping our purchase to us. At every stage they failed to communicate. And if those lapses weren't enough, I had 2 R&B customer service representatives disrespect my disability. (I am severely hearing-impaired, and both R&B reps hung up on me when I instructed them on how they were to communicate so I could understand them--as I am entitled to do under the ADA.) Long-story-short: R&B threw away a 25 year relationship because they're lazy and don't know how to do their jobs. Shop elsewhere. I will.

When I got there I could tell right away that they were not a consignment shop, all pieces are original and very unique! Prices aren't too shabby either. I have a couple photos attached but I could've spent the day. I'm still trying to figure out what pieces I can't live without but I could spend a fortune! The sales associate was friendly and not overbearing. Check it out if you're looking for some accent pieces, night stands, TV stand, tables, chairs, and bookcases. They have something for everyone: industrial, modern, post-modern, country, Southwest, rustic, anything. Very unique colors, distressed, clean finished. I later found out they don't work on commission and the sales staff was genuinely excited to help my husband and I furnish our home. Customer service-As an example this purchase is going to be picked up by our movers and transported to our new house out of state. Eric complete understands this process and was ready to help and ensure everything worked out smoothly. Another example since we are trying to match colors. Eric said bring in a drawer or shelf from your old furniture so we can 100% match things. 2. Selection-If you like mission style furniture this is the place. Huge selection and huge number of stains. 3. Quality-It is unsurpassed. No ifs ands or buts. 4. Sustainable-They have their own tree farm and provide wood to the craftsmen. 5. Price-We looked at buying similar furniture where we were moving. The cost was 2.5 times more. Even with moving it was a no brainer. Whether you are in state or out of state this is the place to go. Seems to be a recurring theme with Pottery Barn and this location according to other reviews. I've been a customer for years, bought a lot of stuff from them and they just refuse to provide a straight answer. Small goods from in-store maybe, but buyer beware as regards any furniture purchases as they'll charge you and make promises that mean nothing.
