BHS, I also found out that they also do email messages, and I had to look for it amongst a sea of other emails. I don't really have any complaints about BHS . Well, hopefully, my kitty will be home soon. We went for a routine visit today and, boy, how have things have changed for the worse. First we had to wait in a very small room where the only place to sit was stool with very wobbly legs and one of which seemed broken. So we stood. After a 10 minute wait, a technician came and went and the doctor came in and there was still not even an introduction until we asked for it. All our kid's shots were brought up to date and the bill came in just under $500 but there was a $12 surcharge because we didn't pay cash. This was all because they refused to authorize a prescription to renew heart worm medication for our girl without an office visit. The visit was routine since it all needed to be done anyway. If we had known before we went this time what we know now, we would never have gone. We're looking for a new vet now. We're done with Countryside. If you find a good one, cherish them. I hope they'll stay good for you. These guys aren't the ones.

Dr. Phillips provided hospice care for our cat, Sher, during the last months of his life as he battled cancer and, as a result of her excellent and thorough care, we had a few extra good months before we had to say our final goodbyes. When the time came to say goodbye to our fur-baby, we also greatly appreciated how patient and gentle Dr. Phillips was with him and us. You can tell that she genuinely cares. She made what was a very difficult day a lot better by being so understanding and supportive. Dr. Phillips even sent a handwritten card to us afterwards, which was so thoughtful and kind. I received my dog in a tiny box, I felt there was no way his remains could have all been in this tiny box. I also felt that box was extremely poor quality for the amount of money I paid for the entire service. The name plate fell off as soon as we pulled him out of the box. Delivery service said 1 day service for shipping and it took 4. I did email my disappointment in what I had received and not a word back. Just poor quality overall. Would not recommend unless they let you pick out EVERYTHING.

It's very clear how much the staff knows, and how deeply they care about every single dog that walks through their doors. Over the past few months, this is the fourth daycare we've tried for our dog. The first one we chose to leave. The next two either wouldn't accept her or ultimately asked her not to return. Our dog is an over 80-lb American Bully, and she truly doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body. We started daycare and boarding when she was about 8 months old. At nearly 50 lbs already, she was placed with the large dogs. In this large group play, the challenge wasn't aggression; it was that she was young, playful, and didn't always understand when another dog didn't want to engage. Two facilities told us they couldn't keep her in group play because other dogs would become reactive when she missed social cues and it wasn't safe for them or the dogs. After the second rejection, we reached out to friends and were highly encouraged to try Pet-U-Cation. We were told upfront that the training and care are exceptional, but as a small business with limited overhead and office staff, communication can sometimes require patience (which has also been our experience). Her evaluation went great. After two day-training sessions, she became a regular at daycare, and she absolutely loves it! The growth we've seen in her socialization and ability to read other dogs has been incredible. It's also reinforced the training we're doing at home and helping her overall learning and development (consistency really is key). We love that there is no more coming home from daycare with newly acquired bad habits.
