However, our class had an older dog who was not neutered and slightly aggressive. It became an issue when the dog was allowed to "play" with the 4-6 month old puppies but spent the entire time trying to mount the other pups or show signs of aggression. Needless to say, I know some of the other members of the class stopped coming back due to this dog's behavior and the fact that the teacher didn't address this issue with the owner. We were all notified by email last minute that the teacher would be out of town and the class dates, including the test, would be pushed back a week. I reached out to the instructor requesting a reschedule date for the test. I got a response back that the date I chose didn't work. I wrote back with more suggested dates and to this day I have not received a response. I sent that email 3 months ago. Unfortunately, I spent the money on a class I couldn't finish or get a certificate for due to the lack of response from Mutt Magic.

There are tons of classes from puppy kindergarten, basic obedience, agility, nose work, fly ball, you name it. Everyone in all the classes has been very encouraging as have all the instructors. It is a great community for dog owners who love their dogs, want to train and work with them, and have a lot of fun. We have learned so much and just began trialing in agility. Whether you're a first time dog owner or a seasoned pro, there is sure to be a class that fits your needs. Make sure to keep an eye on their website as they do semester based classes and it can be tough to get a spot in the popular classes. If your dog has any behavioral issues, you won't be automatically disqualified from class but please disclose it to your instructor to keep yourself and others safe. There is a lot of free parking and a designated potty area right outside. The location is also great right off 95. Overall, I've had a really great experience and am very impressed with the club!

I spoke with Paul the owner on the phone and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions. When we arrived Paul conducted our Charlie's on boarding process and he was patient and helpful again. When I called and checked on my Charlie, the staff was pleasant and told me all about the ways they connected with Charlie which made me very happy I picked Woofs and Wags. We all (Charlie included) love and appreciate how Woof and Wags took care of Charlie while we were away. We will definitely use them for Charlie whenever we are away.

Had to take him to the urgent vet clinic and my baby has kennel cough. He received a bath I didn't ask for which has me concerned about the care and observation he received. I've been leery of the spot for some time after a few uses because there is no grass for him to pee or play. I've tried to overlook this, but how? Does he just go on the floor? Or in their kennels? In addition the owner's rude and dismissive disposition leaves much to be desired and much to avoid at all cost. Only because 1 or 2 of the front desk workers are kind do I feel regret for having to write this , but never will I ever subject my baby or myself to that facility. My dog's emergency vet bill, the poor care, and the lackluster customer service from the owner has me sold on never returning. An observation: a reviewer from just few days ago, 14 to be exact, made a similar complaint. Perhaps stop refuting the claim and review and clean a bit better, and treat your patrons like supporters and not the enemy. It's on you. From leash skills to preparing for a new baby, he addressed every concern with patience, expertise, and real results. Our dog had a strong prey drive and would lunge at squirrels, birds--basically anything that moved. Walks were stressful and chaotic. After working with Tom, we now enjoy calmer, controlled walks, and continue to work in high-distraction areas. Obedience was another focus--commands like "come," "place," and especially "down" have become reliable, and working still in challenging situations. Tom really emphasized consistency and practice for best results, which helped a lot! Overall, Tom gave us the tools and confidence we needed to help our dog thrive in a changing household.
