They tried fixing those leaks then left saying it was fixed, pulled money from our charge card that they had kept the information from a one time payment earlier in the year and then left a voicemail telling us our hot tub couldn't be fixed. The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover.
