Not you, sexy, that's for sure! Glide right past the entrance and the regularly priced merch, and home right in on the SALE shelf and racks. Honestly, at least a third of the store is on blowout sale at any given time, and if you're talented at wheedling, even regularly priced items will have a healthy percentage shaved off if your pleas come forth in the right key. Those $260 jeans suddenly only cost you $110, so now you can afford to invest in that high-yield stock portfolio you've always told yourself you'd add to your curriculum vitae. Or just buy some shoes, whatever. Right? The owner/manager is a sweet Asian woman who kind of looks mean but reveals her kindness whenever she asks you if you need help, and whenever she thoughtfully looks the other way when you realize girls' pants will fit you better than men's, if you're male but can talk with your hips and make the world come hither with your lips. The store's collection leans heavily toward young women but sways every now and then back to guys, so that there's something for everyone to add to their wardrobe. Button-up shirts with sequins and applique are available in case you're tired of being the only one of your friends who isn't living out his Entourage fantasy (btw - please say your fantasies aren't as douchey). T-shirts, too, of course, though honestly, the jeans are the only worthwhile men's item unless you want to dress like one of those people who drives a leased Audi and tells everyone that they're a music producer when they really pump yogurt for their rent money. I have visited this store twice in the past, and both times have left me feeling like the customer service is lackluster. On my first visit, I walked around the store for about 10-15 minutes and no one said anything to me or asked if I needed help. My second visit was today, and while one of the sales people said hello, that was it. Both times the store was not crowded and the sales people were mostly talking amongst themselves. The clothing seems well made and stylish, but when the customer service is lacking, I don't want to shop there.

So I brought the frame, which was a wedding gift from my mother, to the Swarovski store to send out for repair. Before the clasp came loose, the crystals on both the left and right sides were filled to the rim. When I went to the store to pick up the frame after the repair, crystals were missing on the left side which created a gap to the rim. This has ruined the look of the frame. Swarovski is not accepting any responsibility for the missing crystals and the store manager refused to re-submit the frame to correct the repair. This is not an acceptable form of customer service for a high-quality brand. Be cautious before sending a Swarovski product for repair.

Francesca's is a clothing chain for women that offers some home decor and gifts on top of trendy wear. Prices are reasonable and they also bring new merchandise, so I like shopping here when I find a store (not easy) because they have nice, cute clothes, decent fitting rooms, and it is a great way to refresh your wardrobe on a budget. This store was very bright, nicely decorated, big, the ladies working here were very nice, attentive and nice to chat with. Great clothes selection, some items on sale as well. I prefer shopping with individual merchants in my neighborhood. But eventually, we all have to take a trip to the Apple Store, or to a department store. It's inevitable. What I forgot about is how friendly all the merchants are. I parked at the wrong end of the mall and couldn't seem to find my bearing. All I had to do was ask any Merchant and they all directed me with a smile to where I needed to go. Even when I didn't buy anything from them. People were just very accommodating and happy. I guess malls are a happy place. Retail therapy is real. I can't speak much to value, because of course prices range from hide below, depending up on where you're going. I went to Bloomingdale's for lunch and then I went to H&M for jeans. High to low. I must say that everything is so convenient. I picked up things I didn't really intend to because I remember I needed them and I was there. All in all, I would say it was a great experience. I'll probably be going back to the mall again.
