My wife wanted to stop by this store before we were leaving Westfield Sherman Oaks mall. My wife been to the Northridge Mall location and Orange outlet Mall but never this one. When we walked inside, it looks like everything they had in the store was on clearance sale because the clearance signs were everywhere. Their jewlery here are very cheap already so this isn't like a luxury store. My wife likes their hair clips here and also their Christmas theme jewlery.

True, your prayers have come true -- therefore there's a new True Religion store next door for you,…read moreyour boo and Scooby Doo, too -- but who would go there when you can get the same ridiculously trendy (some might say played out) jeans on sale at 818 Freight next door -- a one-off store that's been at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square for years? Not you, sexy, that's for sure! Glide right past the entrance and the regularly priced merch, and home right in on the SALE shelf and racks. Honestly, at least a third of the store is on blowout sale at any given time, and if you're talented at wheedling, even regularly priced items will have a healthy percentage shaved off if your pleas come forth in the right key. Those $260 jeans suddenly only cost you $110, so now you can afford to invest in that high-yield stock portfolio you've always told yourself you'd add to your curriculum vitae. Or just buy some shoes, whatever. Right? The owner/manager is a sweet Asian woman who kind of looks mean but reveals her kindness whenever she asks you if you need help, and whenever she thoughtfully looks the other way when you realize girls' pants will fit you better than men's, if you're male but can talk with your hips and make the world come hither with your lips. The store's collection leans heavily toward young women but sways every now and then back to guys, so that there's something for everyone to add to their wardrobe. Button-up shirts with sequins and applique are available in case you're tired of being the only one of your friends who isn't living out his Entourage fantasy (btw - please say your fantasies aren't as douchey). T-shirts, too, of course, though honestly, the jeans are the only worthwhile men's item unless you want to dress like one of those people who drives a leased Audi and tells everyone that they're a music producer when they really pump yogurt for their rent money. For ladies, there's lots of dresses that will fit me. Er, you. You. So cute, and so stylish! There are hair accessories, too, but forget about buying your extensions here, because there are none. Grow it out, honey -- or buy them from a kiosk near Bloomingdale's on the other side of the mall. Oh, my good[bad]ness... These Miss Sixty's would SO fit, too. Is there any way I can cover up the "Miss" part? No? Okay, then. Get ready, world.

The Asian girl working there was extremely rude and had an attitude from the moment I tried to ask her a simple question. She ended up ringing me up, and after I purchasing multiple items she asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes, and she proceeded to hand me my clothes without one ( i have multiple items ). When I politely reminded her that I had asked for a bag, she immediately became defensive and hostile toward me for absolutely no reason. There was no reason for her to speak to me or treat me the way she did.I've been coming here for years and have never experienced customer service this terrible until now. It's honestly disappointing that someone who interacts with customers can be so rude and disrespectful over something as simple as asking for a bag. I really hope management addresses this because customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected for no reason.

I like the vibe, the style, very Californian inspired, loose, artsier, creative, beachy. They try to sell it more like an artist's collective, but their merchandise is massed produced. They also sell accessories and small gifts. The store is big, nicely decorated, I thought the customer service wasn't that good, they kept ignoring us and talking to each other, not a good introduction. Prices are a tad higher for the overall quality, but I will stop by again, see what is new. Chic, fun, trendy store!

Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Westfield, you need to care more about the families and women supporting your establishment!
