The brand doesn't listen to consumers when it comes to deliverables of merch coming in basics colors like: BLACK, WHITE, NAVY, GREY and RED. The color selection now is sherbets for spring but try and find shorts w/ tees and tanks in basics? You can't! Try calling the store and getting a live person to pick up? You won't! On a positive note: they still hem their overly long items for FREE! So I guess they are fine with allowing Vuori and Alo to take over their share of the market since they seem to be backing out of it through these cost cutting measures? I found 2, one of each and they got me inside their dressing room. I tried both items, it was a bit tight on me. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I felt a bit disappointed because I liked them both very much. Store and the dressing rooms were very clean, & organized. Will definitely return next time I go to the mall. Conveniently located inside the mall on the 2nd and 1st floor. They have a lot of different clothes, accessories to choose from. Even for little children. Was very disappointed with that experience. I made it to the dressing room and she did not help me there. It was awkward, another advisor cakes to my room to ask me if I still needed anything amd when she realized she asked the wrong customer, she was visibly shocked. I did need help and she came back with additional items but when I thanked her she just ignored me as well. I came out to view myself in the mirror. I had a question about sizing and one of the style advisors was in there. I made eye contact with her, said "excuse me" and she literally just ignored me. I'm not sure why? But it was disheartening. The shining star in this was Abby, who was running the dressing room as a whole. I had to turn to her when that advisor ignored me. She was so kind and helpful. I really really appreciated all her help and her kindness. The only reason I will give an extra star is because how helpful she was. Please work on customer experience. PLEASE. I understand this location can get busy and that is stressful for the employees alone. But being ignored was soo disheartening for me when it seemed like many of the other customers were swiftly being helped. We like old navy for clothes for our little girls, be a use they're fairly inexpensive and they usually have a pretty good selection. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly, even though they are understaffed in my opinion. The reason this is is a four star review is because the store is pretty small, which sometimes leads to a limited selection. They always tell you you can get it on the website, but if I wanted to get it on the website I wouldn't have come into the store.
