I'm an older patient who got braces at 39! I had really bad crowding on both top and bottom. I just got my braces off last week after three years of treatment. I'm so satisfied with my new smile. Part of the delay was because of a dental implant that took a while to schedule and heal from my dentist's office. I had a fantastic experience overall. Even with Covid hitting the Bay Area two months after I got my braces, the office followed all safety protocols and scheduled my appointments according to county guidelines. I felt very safe visiting during the pandemic. My 8 year old son also had braces off and on for nine months at this location a short time after I got mine. My twin girls have been going to see Dr Witte for over a year now. One of my girls has braces and one has invisalign. My daughter with braces has no complaints about her experience and with Covid I have not had much face time with the office or folks in the office. On the other hand, the care for my daughter with invisalign has been INCONSISTENT to BAD. She was given trays that didn't fit and then they told us that they had no trays for her and had NO IDEA when she would have her trays - they eventually stopped scheduling her appointments because they have no trays for her! But of course the monthly payments continue! Covid was blamed for not having trays and not knowing when trays would come in but in discussions with my dentist office they have not heard of ANY issues with getting invisalign trays, Covid or no Covid. Had I known this orthodontist office would have these issues I would have had my dentist fit at least the one girl with invisalign through their office. They are not quick to respond to messages left for call back. I am desperate to get the attention of this office to remedy this situation, hence I am writing up my experience here on Yelp. In short, I would not recommend Dr Witte, too bad I have already paid over a year into their treatment, I would pull them out of this office and find a more attentive and competent orthodontic office. read more

Today I was delivered my final set of Invisalign trays! It's been a long time coming. I am so happy with how my everything turned out. I can't believe that my severe overbite is finally fixed! My lower teeth are now visible again when I bite down and my upper teeth no longer touch my gums when I bite down. They even polished my teeth to remove a chip I had and are going to to provide me with a home bleaching kit. Everyone at Low and Witte have been amazing! They have made the process as painless as possible. I will be back in January because I want to do a thicker overnight retainer since I tend to grind. This also gives me the opportunity to elect to have a flexible spending account for next year to pay for it. We will eventually be back when it is time for my son to get braces. read more

I was referred to Dr. Low by a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I had braces as an adult and was skeptical if my overbite could be corrected. I also didn't want to pay thousands of dollars to be misled. Dr. Low was very honest, diligent and gentle throughout my treatment. I couldn't believe that after many many years I was pain free of TMJ; my bite was significantly improved and I had straight teeth! I then referred my nephew for treatment and his teeth are beautiful! The time has come for my children (ages 12 and 8) to get braces. They recently got their braces placed by Dr. Witte. My 12 year old did well, the 8 year old is very shy and I was worried how this would play out. (This is a kid that will cry the whole time he has a cleaning). At first he cried but Dr. Witte was VERY patient, gentle and explained her every move while repeatedly assuring my 8 year old that she would not hurt him. She has the magic touch because within no time he stopped crying and trusted her. I anticipate the follow up appointment to go smoothly. I was very impressed how much time she spend to gain his trust and communicate with him. She is very compassionate and that means the world to me. Although, I have to drive to the other side of town for visits, it is completely worth knowing my children's orthodontic care is in the hands of true experts in the field. I just finished my Invisalign treatment today and I could not be more pleased and excited with my results! I was told from the beginning that my treatment would take up to 2 years but I actually finished in 1 year and 7 months! Invisalign takes complete dedication and responsibility by the patient in order to achieve the best results. You must wear the trays at least 22hrs a day, floss and brush after every meal. I carried an oral hygiene kit in my purse. The trays are nearly invisible, hardly anyone ever noticed I had them on, not even my own family. I am 35 years old and this has to be one of the best choices I have made for myself. I just wish I would have done it a long time ago. I can't stop looking at my new beautiful smile :) all thanks to Dr Low and Dr Witte. I would highly recommend going to them if you are considering treatment. Braces are crazy expensive, so having dual insurance coverage is a total plus!! They have a movie playing while the patients are having work done on the braces. Age appropriate movies are played.
