Location: lots of parking but can fill up quickly. Service: I got braces here nearly a decade ago and received amazing care. After a few years of forgetting to wear my retainer (by the way, you should replace your retainers every few years), my teeth had shifted. I came back to start my Invisalign treatment and recently finished. The service has always been amazing and the team was really receptive to my concerns. Scheduling was easy and they send text, email, and phone call reminders. Keep in mind that they're not open on the weekends. Price: I think the price is fair for the quality of their service + they take insurance. Among all the offices I visited, Care Orthodontics was the most affordable Invisalign treatment I found. You won't be getting a "discount" treatment here though - whenever there was a problem with my trays, the staff would happily make me a free replacement and adjust them to my needs. I came here to get my permanent retainer fixed, and the staff was very understanding and kind. They gave me wax for it until my appointment, and were gentle and not very aggressive with my teeth like other dentists/orthos can tend to be. Interior is very clean, spacious, and lots of sitting room for patients to social distance. They have tv and gaming consoles that unfortunately don't turn on anymore. 10/10 service! read more

I stumbled upon Care Orthodontics on Yelp and it was the best decision that I made! Angie helped me pick out what options that best fit my needs, explained the process and pricing for me. I ended up choosing Invisalign instead of braces, which did cost a little more but I liked the fact that it was "invisible." Love Dr. Phan and her team!!!! I was really scared of getting braces at first because of how expensive it would be. Angie really helped me out when it came to the billing, and followed up a few times to make sure everything was straightened (ha!) out. I originally wanted the clear liners but my teeth were pretty bad to start with, so they recommended metal to save money and to speed up the process. I was also worried about wearing braces and having a full metal mouth because I was going to married while all of this was happening. Dr. Phan adjusted my plan so I could wear clear liners on my wedding day and I could not be more thankful!! My confidence level in my smile is now super high and I am no longer ashamed of showing my teeth in photos!!!! I only had one issue with a tech on the team. I don't know her name, but she had a habit of singing to herself while she was working on my teeth-- I'm going to be completely honest: when someone is stabbing your gums and tightening your teeth together for an hour, the last thing you really want to hear is a poorly hummed version of Sexy Back while it's all happening. It's a strange form of torture TBH. The next few visits I steered clear of her--- everyone else on Dr. Phan's team was incredibly sweet and personable. If you are looking for a place to start the braces journey for either yourself or someone you know, I highly recommend you check out Care Orthodontics. When I moved to San Jose, I saw a few Dr's and chose Dr. Nancy Phan to complete my treatment. (I started somewhere else) They give you the option to choose from tradition braces to Invisalign which is awesome if you are an adult and do not want metal in your mouth. They speak from varieties of languages including English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. My experience there has been amazing as they have changed my smile completely. The receptionist is nice, the staffs are sweet, and Dr. Phan gets the job done. I will insert pictures from before and after I get compliments everyday because of my smile, and I really can not thank this place enough for making it happen. I have nothing but positive things to say about Care Orthodontics. I live in Anaheim, California which is 6 hours from their office, but I will make the drive up there someday for my retainer check just because I miss them so much. They are just great. Dr. Phan and her staff are amazing. I went to get my braces done here. Paperwork was easy and smooth. Talked about the plan on how the procedure goes and potentially how long it would take. Always ask questions if you're unsure about anything! It was a rough 2 months because I had to adjust to new eating habits. Broke a couple of brackets in the beginning because I had steak, chips, and other hard solid foods -- so don't worry it's not them. It's you. You just have to figure out how to eat certain foods your way. They always made me feel comfortable when changing my brackets or doing a color/wire change. Highly recommend asking for Cassandra!
