I wish that policy had been communicated before the appointment was scheduled, as it would have saved time and frustration. I also felt the discussion regarding hearing protection came across as somewhat condescending. I have professional training and experience with proper hearing protection, and I would have appreciated a more collaborative and respectful conversation. The audiology staff was professional during the exam, but clearer communication and bedside manner would have improved the experience significantly.

As much as you can enjoy a patch test, and not showering properly for a few days. The patches actually stay on, and therefor you'll get a better reading when it's time to take them off. Staff seemed very educated and knew what they were doing, which is nice, but the respect for time management is lacking on two occasions that I visited for appointments. My last appointment was at 8:30am for a quick follow-up. I was brought into the exam room at 8:45am for my vitals, but the Dr didn't come in until 9:15am, and I was out of the building by 9:30am. So I'm constantly at the pharmacy for refills then back at the doctors for another prescription. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I'm amazed they're still open or not loosing patients consistently.
