She takes her time with us and provides great solutions; she speaks directly and plainly on why she wants to make a decision, so you are fully informed. When there is a problem, she leaves no stone unturned and does not cut corners or take risks when there is another way. Amanda is exactly what you want in pediatric care! She has even spent tons and tons of time making sure insurance covered my son's medication after an initial denial. I will not take my kids anywhere else, and would recommend her to anybody! Justyna Parsons is all absolutely fantastic too. They all really look at the whole picture to find and treat underlying causes, not just symptoms, actually listen, and truly care about the long term well-being of their patients. The whole place works as a team and it shows. The receptionist and nurses are always very kind, helpful, professional, and efficient. Parking is easy, the location is convenient, the rooms are immaculate and spacious, the wait is always very reasonable. They all go above and beyond! It is a great place for the whole family's needs. Now, they make her wait nearly a week for a call back on a prescription that she needs to LIVE!! It's like medical blackmail with these people. Kim will tell you that you need a new prescription and on a REFILL!! And be VERY codecinding and rude! Actually.. Kim is very NASTY to patients. We're in the process of contacting an attorney but in the meantime I urge EVERYONE to AVOID THIS PLACE!! They don't care about you!! They only care about the $$. This place is a joke. I got no intake paperwork ahead of my visit. My nurse made fun of me for a condition I'm in treatment for and then expected me to recite my entire family's medical history (normally at a new patient visit they go through a multi-page checklist; not here!). The doctor did not make eye contact with me and didn't do anything other than listen to my lungs. No questions about outstanding medical needs, referrals, etc. She sent me for blood work and told me to come back in 6 months. It's been 4 months and I've never gotten the results from my blood work nor have I been provided with directions on how to access my records. I've gotten a bill for my copay and I've attempted to contact the practice five times, including 2 emails sent to multiple addresses, and I've had zero response.

I asked new friends for recommendations. We both unknowingly picked the same doctor. He made an appointment on the phone, I went in person. in October. My appointment was for Feb 27. I got a message on Feb 12 that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I called and was told I wasn't scheduled in a "new patient box" so I'd have to reschedule. Next new patient box was in July. I could however see a nurse practitioner the end of March. I made the appointment but will cancel. I found a doctor who could see me in March. My husband became alarmed and called and they told him he hadn't shown up for his appointment in the 4th and they would not reschedule another. He did not receive any texts or emails. I guess we won't be using this facility bc their office staff isn't efficient or helpful. I don't know if the doctor is good bc we never met.

My prescription wasn't called in until November 16 ... after I called the office numerous times and spoke to the manager katherine who's always at a meeting and when she calls you back, she's immediately on defense mode ...then They called it into the wrong Pharmacy and left me with no medication for 5 days , manager acted like it was no big. I want to add, I am an active cancer patient, I finally called to refill my prescription and they retracted the prescription ??! the question is why because their office is not fit to service patients in the medical field. I spoke to manager Catherine today she didn't let me speak rather said what she wanted and hung up the phone on me after telling me that I told someone that I was leaving the practice which is a complete lie and she said I should go find another office so now I am a cancer Patient left without my medication... which is illegal, they need to give me 30 days to find another physician.... If insurance doesn't pay or fix something quick they refuse to see you unless you pay all the money due. But wait even if you do they still won't see you the time if you give them more. Then after they take all the money and insurance finally pays it's like pulling teeth to get the money back. Some PA's are nice since you can't actually see a doctor but have to pay for one and the office staff is rude and not trained well at all. I personally wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. BEWARE oh and if you do decide to go anyway don't get to comfy with who you are seeing the turn around is awful as well.
