I knew I had to face it, so I searched everywhere for a dentist and came across Dr. Sharon's office. From the very beginning, the entire process was so smooth. Every single staff member was kind, patient, and understanding. They explained everything to me from beginning to end and really listened when I explained how much anxiety I have surrounding dental work. It was determined that I needed a crown, so I booked the soonest appointment available. Dr. Sharon was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and that I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity. Most importantly, I felt like she genuinely understood my fear and anxiety and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed about it. I go back in two weeks for my permanent crown, and while I'm still working through my dental anxiety, I can honestly say I will be going back to Dr. Sharon and her team slowly but surely. I've had dental trauma that has kept me away from the dentist for a long time, and I'm hopeful that I can finally start moving past that.
