I texted his business phone number explaining my need for a durable lock on one of my inside home doors. He not only responded quickly but sent 5 or 6 photos showing different door lock possibilities. I was amazed at his organized approach to answering my inquiry. Each photo listed where it could be purchased, a description, and a price. Impressssssive!!! I scrolled thru the photos and found the perfect lock-type in a beautiful, modern style/color that matched the theme in my house. It was perfect!
