Eli, local small business owner since 2005, has earned a stellar Yelp reputation by his obvious exceptional knowledge of everything in the "locksmith" world and superior customer service. I texted his business phone number explaining my need for a durable lock on one of my inside home doors. He not only responded quickly but sent 5 or 6 photos showing different door lock possibilities. I was amazed at his organized approach to answering my inquiry. Each photo listed where it could be purchased, a description, and a price. Impressssssive!!! I scrolled thru the photos and found the perfect lock-type in a beautiful, modern style/color that matched the theme in my house. It was perfect! I texted Eli with my selection, and not 15 minutes later, he responded. By the way...this was definitely after work hours. I had no expectations of hearing back until the next day. He also had given me the option of buying the door handle lock or having him purchase it. The great customer service just keeps on coming! On the day of installation, Eli arrived on time, with a brand spanking new, in the original, unopened package, door handle with lock. He had the old door handle out and the new one installed in no time at all. He provided instructions and gave me all the package inserts for my files.
