Someone attempted to steal her car by popping the key lock (they were not successful in getting in). My daughter of course lost her fob and had the door popped by Triple A. I don't know if the thieves destroying the lock or the popping of the door put the car in anti-thief mode but could not get it out of it. A gentleman came to her in 20 minutes and took 10 - 15 minutes to replace the fob and program it. The car came out of anti-thief started up. Now she can unlock and lock the door until I can have the outside key lock changed (in no hurry because the lock cannot be punched again). They are very reasonable, professional, friendly, and quick. ***Read before considering a quote*** Requested a locksmith to come to our residence since we were locked out of our house. We were able to get in the house before the locksmith came. My husband immediately called to cancel and a few minutes later the technician still came. Once my husband explained to the technician that he was able to get in after all the technician said that was fine left then came back and said his boss said there's still a charge of $30. Even though my husband called and canceled. Since the technician was not informed before coming to our home, the owner advised the technician to go back and charge us. We were given some random amount to pay. $30. Keep in mind whenever you call for a request regardless if you don't get a service, you're gonna be charged $30 and not disclose that upfront. I hope your $30 was worth me writing this review to let others know this is not how you run a business. Low Key was awesome! He came to my house on time to program a fob I already had. When he got there, I realized I only had the shell to the fob and no electronics on the inside of the fob. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a key for my vehicle that day. Luckily, He had a tub full of fobs in his van for all kinds of cars. He found one that was even better than the one that came with my vehicle, as the one I had was not the original fob. The one he supplied has more functions than the one I supplied him with. After he copied some other keys for me, he left. A few hours later, the battery to my large safe died, and I could not find the key override anywhere. I immediately called Low Key back, and he was able to return to my house a couple of hours later on the same day. I told him I have to get into the safe asap as there was important documents in there I needed to get. He was able to open the safe for me in short order and even charged me less than he normally would because he was at my house earlier in the day. Stellar A+ service.
