I had the rear window on my 2018 dodge ram dodge ram replaced by Junior. After he replaced my glass I realised that it was leaking. I called him drive. It corrected he came and did it and it was still leaking. I called him again and he blocked my number when I called him on another phone I answered and said he was coming and he never showed up. I have used them for years but will never use them again and all my clients I will tell never to use them again. He is unfair and dishonest. read more

Sam is fantastic and his shop does excellent work at very reasonable prices. I got my MDX's windshield replaced there recently which required rain sensors for the wipers and recalibration of the warning systems and they did an A+ job. They completed the install in an hour and my price was well below Safelite and a quote I got from an auto glass shop in Chamblee. ON A SUNDAY! :) I needed the motor replaced but as the part was not available at the time and I was actually at Sam's house for him to work on the car (another unexpected bonus of his customer service) - he propped the window up and charged me a minimal fee. He was very courteous and efficient. Well done! I ordered the part for replacement but unfortunately I was swindled at another location with the same name (located on Buford Hwy further down the road) and pretending to be part of this location. Although the service was fast and Sally the Owner was initially pleasant, she overcharged me based on the price she quoted me which included tax and installation. When I pointed it out to her she was very RUDE and made several racially sensitive and socio-economic comments (oddly enough I am a Graduate Career Counselor at a large university in town and I hold a Masters in Education). She used curse words, had lots of attitude and was far too animated for me. Even when a customer disagrees respectfully or points out a mistake doesn't mean you grow two heads and act like a 13 year old child. I was shocked at how she spoke to me, the language she used and the way she behaved not only in front of me but she had two business professionals in her office visiting her trying to solicit her business, her business partner was around and lastly, another paying customer was in the waiting area. Yes their prices are good and I never disputed that, but when you promise one price and charge me another, that I have an issue with. And when you behave unprofessionally and childish I cannot and will not utilize your services EVER again. Write down the quote she gives you and hold her to it. Make sure it includes taxes and fees. Don't get cussed out like I did for mentioning her mistake. Behavior was completely UNCALLED FOR and out of line. read more
