Had a great experience recently using Axis Auto Glass. Had a small chip in the windshield that I wanted to have repaired before I put the car up for sale. I called Todd (the owner) in the morning and he said he could be at my house by early afternoon. He showed up on time, explained the process and got the repair done in less than 20 minutes. When a rock hit my window and crack too large to repair formed that one company with the commercials jumped in my head. But as the Internet is a thing I quickly learned that many people have not had such great experiences with a certain company with a catchy jingle. After a little research I came across Todd's company Axis Auto Glass. After a little more research I found reviews on Yelp as well as reviews on other sites all espousing the good work that Todd does with auto glass repair and replacement. Being someone who thoroughly detests talking on the phone I emailed Todd about replacing my cars windshield. Within the span of 4 emails and maybe 40 minutes I had an appointment for him to come to my house to replace my window. He arrived about 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. As someone who believes that if you arrive on time then you're 5 minutes late, I really appreciate Todd's promptness. He set straight away to replacing my windshield and needed nothing further from me until he had completed the job. Todd gives a warranty on his work and is very reasonably priced. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his business. I always prefer to support a local business and Todd and Axis Auto Glass make that an easy decision. If you find yourself with a chip or cracked window you can do no better that giving Todd a call. read more

I recently moved to GA from AZ and first day on the road, a stone cracked my windshield and began spreading. As soon as I arrived in GA, I used Yelp to find a reputable glass company I could trust. Axis is top notch. Todd worked with me and my insurance company on getting approval for my SoundScreen glass and showed up the next morning, on time, as promised. It's been a little over a month since he completed the repair and I've had zero problems. Courteous, professional, and friendly. Made a huge positive first impression on what I can expect in GA. Highly recommend. For the record, I've used Safelite in the past as they are most insurance companies preferred vendor. But I was never satisfied with the quality of service nor product. Needed a quick repair for a small crack in my windshield (thanks construction on 85) and I was told to go with one of the bigger companies you see on tv, but their reviews weren't promising. I had a piece of debris hit my windshield and cracked it. I called at Axis Auto Glass at around 5:00 PM and found that they are a mobile service which was so convenient. I was visiting some relatives so I didn't really want to drive around too far. Since it was late, Todd was not able to fix it that day but guaranteed to be at my house first thing in the morning. He arrived on schedule, was friendly and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was raining and I didn't have a garage but he was still able to get the job done in the rain. I found the customer service to be very friendly and knowledgeable and Todd was able to answer all of the questions that I had. He helped walk me through the process with my insurance company so all I had to pay was my deductible and he took care of the rest. This whole process was very easy and the workmanship is excellent.
